His crew arrived on time every day, was minimally invasive, and very friendly. They got the job done in a week, despite one day of rain when they couldn't work. Although it's only been a week, the paint job looks great. Thiago is incredibly responsive, which is rarely the case with contractors. After the job, a phone line had been left dangling (not a big deal). I texted Thiago, and within a couple of hours, it was fixed. We got 3 bids for the job, and Thiago's Painting was by far the best value. The only issue we had was that the team kept leaving our back gate open (we have dogs and live on a busy street), but other than that I would highly recommend Thiago's Painting.

I selected Gold Painting after receiving 8+ proposals from other painting contractors to paint the exterior of my large colonial in Concord MA, and all windows, mullions etc., as well as some necessary repairs for the job. I compared 'apples to apples' and Gold had the BEST proposal for the same scope of work. Very reasonable! The communications were Excellent, and when I had questions Alex Silveira responded right away via email or text. I asked as many questions as I could to be sure we were all on the same page. They provided proof of insurance both workmen's comp and liability to me as well. They also waranteed their work. Their crew was well supervised throughout, and no matter what I asked them to look at or address, or go over, they did it. I had no idea if I was too picky as I never did a paint job alone before, but they were great. I saw a few things even after they were paid and off the job, and they came back right away. Gold Painting excelled in every way, and stood behind their work. They felt like family by the time they were done, and I would hire them again. Also, watch out for the large paint contractors that only use subs. A small family business cares more about their reputation, and professionalism.

I was new to the area and took a year-and-a-half interviewing roofers -- seven in total. Because I…read morewas looking for a roof on a sprawling ranch house with all manner of twists and turns, I knew I had to find someone with a level of expertise on which I could depend. In addition, I also planned to roof a freestanding cottage, potting shed and two barns. Jon was the only roofer to express enthusiasm over what was a decidedly complicated job. His company also provides siding and sun tunnels, and they were able to patch some siding to match existing material and install a sun tunnel in my kitchen. This is the kind of one-stop shopping I was thrilled to have. The team, under the leadership of Angel, also replaced six skylights with solar-powered blinds that reap credits come tax season. They were also able to spray foam into a rotted exterior beam and finish it off with a custom-molded lead cap they painted to match the wood. There was nothing they couldn't do, and my requests (which dribbled in as the work proceeded) were never met with anything but total professionalism and suggestions for how it could be done. When Jon and I first discussed the job, I was still debating what type of roofing to install. My lack of focus dragged on for several months, and Jon would check back with me at intervals and send me product links for what he thought I might like. I looked at everything from metals, thatch, cedar shakes, faux shakes, slate and tile. A lot of the products I was interested in initially were discontinued but showed up in online searches as if they were available. Jon diligently pursued what products were still on the market, which helped me avoid going down a rabbit hole in attempting to find the "perfect" product. This forward-thinking support was invaluable in helping me narrow down my choice -- Presidential Shakes by Certainteed in an autumn blend. This product is absolutely stunning and provides a rustic accent to my quirky home, which features very low rooflines where the shingles are a visible characteristic of the home. These shingles are offset from one another and are subtly multicolored in the most pleasing of tones. They have a cottage feel that often mimcs thatch or slate. I am a graphic designer so my standards for visual appeal might be more demanding than most. I urged Jon to take a drone video of the job, because I think this project fully shows off his company's capabilities. Once you contact Jon Rigali, your search will be over. He will guide you every step of the way. I do have to recommend that you hide your crunchy peanut butter Cliff bars.

They introduced themselves and then they got to work. Dawson, Brandon and Travis were knowledgeable about the 'how' these windows work. I say this because the place I live the windows are 20 years old. My front door in particular has the storms on them that slide up and down. Dawson and Travis worked together tediously getting the storms in and out. They have done these types of storms before, but these being an older style they have not had experience with. The important trait here is they didn't give up. . My sills were extremely dirty. In some areas the pollen and dirt were caked on. They were very particular in making sure they cleaned it all out. My screens were taken off and hosed down. They were finished all windows and doors in less than 3 hours. I paid them and they each shook my hand saying it was a pleasure to meet me. Being older it is so nice to have individuals work in my home who are genuinely enthusiastic about their job and very polite. I thank Dawson, Brandon and Travis as I can see the true beauty the outside has to offer.

He was even flexible on the estimate when it came back too high for us to afford. And that estimate was exactly what we paid when all was said and done. That's a remarkable thing. Victor painted my whole house's interior (about 1000sq feet). He (even though it's his business) did every stroke of the painting. He arrived promptly every morning and stayed until a good transition moment presented itself at the end of a full day. He painted six rooms, walls and trim. His attention to detail was incredible. He has so much respect for his clients' property, furnishings and privacy. He went beyond expectations and seamlessly repaired every crack and flaw in our walls along the way. As he said, "If you don't repair things while you're painting, you're just changing colors." After the work was done, he came back in a few days to touch up any minor issues we had discovered since the job had been finished. He replaced all of our hardware (hinges, etc.) and added door stops to every door. He also told us if we see any issues in the future to give him a call. The man stands by his work. What a unique experience to have a contractor with such conscience and professionalism. We have had some terrible experiences with contractors in the past, but Victor of Vast Painting has maybe restored some of my faith. He is a true rarity that understands that a thrilled customer is more important and influential than 1000s of dollars spent on advertising.
