She was the only one there and had a few guests to help and she said she was having a bad day but you'd never know. She made my bf and I feel more than welcome and took care of us. We got a small charcuterie with nuts, meats and cheeses and added olives. The charcuterie was not what I was expecting from a winery. It was more of an adult lunchable than charcuterie. The cheese was like that precut Cracker Barrel cheese found in the store. I would have like to have had some freshly grated parmesan or mozzarella. Something that would pair well with the wines. I'm not a fan of Swiss. Love Colby jack and cheddar but those don't really go with the wines I had. I got a flight of white wines that are numbered in my 2nd picture. They were all pretty good but 1 & 4 were my favorites. I was able to taste a new wine slush they're offering. I chose the red wine slush over the white moscato one. I fell in love with it. I tried to get one to go but was unable to due to them not having approved to go containers for them My boyfriend got a flight of premium bourbon which he enjoyed. There are lots of cosy places inside and out to sit and sip your favorite drink. We did leave with a bottle of the # 4 wine I liked and garlic sausage though. I will definitely return for a slush!!

We were nervous about attending a wedding during COVID, but I was happy to see that the barn that is the main venue has great air flow with the doors and windows open. My sister kept the capacity down, so for the most part, people could spread out. Once I could relax a bit, I was able to really take everything in. The barn has large chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and lights strung around, which created such a fun atmosphere. There are also cabins to rent in stay in, as well as what my sister used as her bride's cabin to get ready, which had plenty of space and was steps from the main venue. Two parking lots also easily accommodated all the guests, and this was an easy drive off of the interstate. Saturday was such a special day, and Josephina had a big part to play in that.

On the main level there were tables (for the wedding party and guest), a buffet, a small bar and room enough to dance as well. The loft is were the happy couple decided to have their gift table, and more guest tables. The "backyard" was set up for the couple to say their I-do's. Scenic with rolling hills, a small cabin and bridge. Complete with wild turkeys wandering in the distance. It was very quaint. And very country. The only downfalls about this venue that I can speak of, would be that there are railroad tracks nearby, and it can be a little noisy. Also, if you don't live near Dry Ridge, Ky, this may not be a short drive for you. It took us 40 minutes to drive from our house to here, but, it is easy to get to though.
