Dr. Stein was patient and so kind, she had a variety of toys and approaches to ensure my son was engaged and able to get the measurements she needed to complete her assessment. She was detailed in her explanations of her findings and the appointment did not feel rushed. I felt comfortable with the plan for my son . Highly recommend, honestly one of the best.

I wanted one that I could look above the frame when not using it for reading instead of having to take off and put on my glasses throughout the day. He hunted high and low for weeks and found me about 5 or 6 that would work. He said that this order was the hardest one he has ever tackled. The store is consistently disorganized, dirty, and poorly managed, and the customer service is shockingly rude and unfriendly. This does not feel like a Costco problem; it feels like a management problem. I strongly believe Costco Corporate needs to investigate this location and seriously consider replacing the current store management. The condition of the store and the ongoing customer-service issues raise legitimate concerns about whether management is effectively doing its job.
