The entire store wreaked of cigarette smoke- it smelled like a bar from my college days and thee was literally a haze through which I saw someone approaching from the back of the store. I was only in the store less than 5 minutes and I had to hang my jacket outside when I got home! Didn't bother to shop for an appliance because the smoke was unbearable. I find it hard to believe in this day and age that a proprietor would allow his/her business to wreak of smoke - it was gross!

Before beginning the work, he clearly stated that the cost would be $395, but also explained that there was no warranty on the repair and that if the fix did not work, the price would be reduced to $250. Based on that representation, I agreed to move forward. After the repair, the freezer briefly got cold and produced only three ice cubes before the technician left--at which point I was charged the full $395. Unfortunately, within an hour of his departure, the freezer stopped working entirely. When I contacted the company to address this, I expected them to honor what their technician had promised. Instead, they refused to adjust the price down to $250 as previously stated. Rather than resolving the issue, they repeatedly attempted to upsell me on a much more expensive repair totaling approximately $1,300. Given this experience--being charged for a repair that did not work, having agreed-upon pricing disregarded, and facing persistent upselling instead of resolution--I strongly discourage others from doing business with this company.

The items are returned due to dents but functionality it still work great. Van offered to deliver the refrigerator and a washer for us for a small fee using his pick up truck. We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that. But as long as they work within the first 30 days, you shouldn't have any problem. I highly recommend this store! Great price and great customer service.
