The entire store wreaked of cigarette smoke- it smelled like a bar from my college days and thee was literally a haze through which I saw someone approaching from the back of the store. I was only in the store less than 5 minutes and I had to hang my jacket outside when I got home! Didn't bother to shop for an appliance because the smoke was unbearable. I find it hard to believe in this day and age that a proprietor would allow his/her business to wreak of smoke - it was gross!

We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that.
