Begrudgingly I went to Fox Appliance Parts in Jacksonville, FL to purchase the "overpriced" replacement belt. HOWEVER, what I actually got at Fox Appliance Parts was a GENUINE, MADE IN USA, Whirlpool factory certified part which will outlast the cheaper alternative by at least 7 years, maybe 10 years! This was a GOOD purchase and I'm totally satisfied! Outstanding and knowledgable counter people. This drier repair will probably outlast me!

Before I bought one, I did some research. Turns out it was just a thermal fuse. Bought one from amazon for 5 bucks. Took me 15 minutes to replace. Dryer now works fine. Sure seems like they either 1) don't know how to diagnose or 2) were going to over charge me for a simple fix. Sketchy stuff.

He came on Monday at 10:30am and said he would call me back to let me know what exactly the issues were with both appliances. After an hour without receiving a call back, and asked what the issues were? He said the dishwasher had been unclogged and needed a new spray arm and that the disposal needed to be replaced. He said it would cost a total of $300 to repair and replace everything. ($30 part + $75 labor For dishwasher and $120 new disposal + $75 labor) I told him no for the disposal (too expensive for me right now and no to the new spray arm because the issue was it not draining) He immediately asked for my card info over the phone, so I asked that he send me an invoice first. My husband and I was at work while he was there so I called my daughter and my friend to ask questions about the dishwasher she sent me photos and video of the dishwasher that had not been put back together and was still clogged. I called him back and sent the photos and video but he had blocked me from his main number 678-800-1764 I then called him on the number that he texted the invoice to me on 770-899-2271 and he answered and said he would come out to fix it but never showed up. I am now out of $75 and still have a dishwasher thats clogged. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! I have pics and video to back up everything!!!

That's a big fire hazard so we needed it rectified immediately. I called a few places and didn't get much response. It's tough when you live in a more rural area because your options are much more limited than in the suburbs. When I called Coyote Appliance Repair, Wyley answered the phone with such a friendly tone that I knew we were in good hands. He arrived to our house right on time and troubleshooted the issue immediately. He had our oven repaired in less than 30 minutes. Wyley let my husband watch the repair so that he'd know what to do if it ever happened again, and he even referred us to an electrician when we mentioned another problem we were having with a light fixture.
