That's a big fire hazard so we needed it rectified immediately. I called a few places and didn't get much response. It's tough when you live in a more rural area because your options are much more limited than in the suburbs. When I called Coyote Appliance Repair, Wyley answered the phone with such a friendly tone that I knew we were in good hands. He arrived to our house right on time and troubleshooted the issue immediately. He had our oven repaired in less than 30 minutes. Wyley let my husband watch the repair so that he'd know what to do if it ever happened again, and he even referred us to an electrician when we mentioned another problem we were having with a light fixture. He also gave us a handy dandy little fridge magnet with his contact info in case we had any problems with other appliances!

HOWEVER, what I actually got at Fox Appliance Parts was a GENUINE, MADE IN USA, Whirlpool factory certified part which will outlast the cheaper alternative by at least 7 years, maybe 10 years!
