He came and picked up the laptop so he could try to diagnose the issue. Well, after testing it and looking at it, he said there was nothing wrong. And the darn thing was charging for him! Doh! He promptly dropped my laptop back the next day and wasn't going to bill me because there was no issue to repair. But, given the efforts he had put in and the driving back and forth, it didn't feel right so I gave him something to say thanks because he absolutely deserved it. AND....not sure if he gave the thing a pep talk but my laptop has been working perfectly since then. Dan is professional, communicative and timely. All things I really appreciate in anyone, especially a vendor. His initial quote on the repair costs was also very reasonable and I appreciated that he said he would let me know if it would cost more than the quote and that he would get my approval before doing any repairs. I was having trouble re-installing Office 365 (specifically Outlook) on my new PC laptop. All the…read moreother products installed seamlessly. Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

Unity has been on-time and on-point every time we've called, from the setup of our network, to…read moreservice calls when our internet causes problems, to configuration of our new office equipment. We have a complicated network / high-end server & firewall, and Unity dealt directly with the company to get everything setup the way we wanted. And when our printer went out, they worked with our service provider to get the new one configured with seamless functionality. The Unity team are very responsive, and make themselves available to us via chat screen, email, even cell #'s. The only time we've had such service is with an in-house IT director, which is obviously way more expensive. Unity Networking is a great solution to a problem we no longer have!
