Over a 2 day period I made 17 calls to ADT Customer Service to stop this order and, out of pure frustration, to cancel my account. No luck. These calls ended in the agent passing me on to someone else who passed me on to someone who essentially said why did I get this call and passed me on to someone else and then I get a hang up tone. Most of the calls ended in disconnect while waiting for some to respond. When trying to cancel my account I was rudely transferred to someone else..waited and waited...nothing. In all my years of dealing with customer support departments I've never ever dealt with such a mess. STAY AWAY FROM ADT!!!
