This is the Worst place to get your phone from or fixed! I went to get my screen fixed and their Policy is it will be done in 30 minutes or less if not the screen repair is free however I felt like this would encourage them to do a few things one to fix it fast two to it correctly and lastly to be ready once they say it's is ready. No I came back and the screen is not only worse than when I dropped it off but now my phone is acting up. So I show them what's wrong with it and I am told it was like that when I brought it in. REALLY!!!! Please don't go to this establishment, don't waste your money and more importantly your time! Finally spoke with a manger about my problem and it was fixed! Fixed my Iphone in 20 minutes!!! Great customer service. I went in at 6:20 and was scared they they wouldn't be able to fix my phone until the next day, but they did an excellent job and got it fixed in minutes. Very affordable too, I only paid $65. HORRIBLE.... have had my laptop for 4 months. Supposedly with Corporate for 2 months. Still today no laptop. I decided to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced at My Phillie Wireless because my friend recommended it to me due to its low price. However, I was extremely disappointed with the results. For starters, the quality of the screen is TRASH. Looking at my screen was like watching tv before there were colors. Also, they did not screw in the screen properly that the screen came apart even when the screws at the bottom of the phone were intact. Additionally,I can't forget how their poor performance caused the ringer/silence button to act up and randomly change the settings on its own. Because of that I was missing important phone calls. After that bullshit, I figured to replace the screen myself. In doing so, I found out there were missing screws!!! On the other hand, thank you for the waterproof pouch and the screen protector that I specifically requested to be a privacy screen protector, which the employee charged me for and never received. At the end of the day, I highly recommend this place if you want to be disappointed. read more

Since October 2018, this has been my personal experience & the extent of their "customer service". *They delete bad reviews from their pages I wrote a review on my ongoing experience at their establishment, had a whole conversation with someone under my comment months later -- that post has mysteriously disappeared. *Poor communication/Ignores their customers They tell you they'll reach out to you with updates & information -- they don't, & always have a million & one excuses as to why they couldn't, as well as finger point the customer asking why we didn't just reach out to them. Since October, ANY update I've wanted/received has been the result of me fed up with the silence & reaching out MYSELF because they don't. At all. *Reportedly causes problems so people have to pay to fix more than they initially came in for I initially bought a phone from them March 2018 (still have the receipt in my CashApp transactions). I had just moved back to Philly & didn't have the money to put service on the phone yet. Little did I know, a few months later when I could, I found out the phone was black listed -- meaning service could not be put on the phone. They sold me a "pretty brick" is what my Verizon representative explained to me. So I brought the phone back to the store, explained the situation & expected a refund -- because honestly, who wouldn't simply want their money back ? It was over the 3 month return policy on their receipt, but they sold me something I couldn't even use, right ? Well they told me they don't do refunds because they honor their warranty policy (although the bottom of their receipts said within 3 months, at the bottom of the receipt -- the only reason I requested a refund). So I agreed to let them simply replace the phone under the circumstances they could transfer my information from the black listed phone to the replacement phone like they said they could (It cannot be done). So they then told me they'd transfer the information from the black listed phone to a hard drive I gave them to do so (my suggestion because I STILL need the information on that phone). They then told me there was supposedly an encryption code on the phone that they accused me of putting on the phone, as to why they can't transfer information from the phone to the hard drive. So they then promised to give me the black listed phone along with my replacement phone. Since then, I've STILL been waiting for a simple replacement phone, with no communication from the shop other than me reaching out once a month (why is this even going on this long) to find out the status of my replacement phone. There's either never a response, or I get fed up, waste my time coming all the way down to their store, only for them to give me more excuses, unfulfilled promises, & false ETAs. I've literally been using one of their loner phones since October. They: *Promised to replace my phone/upgrade the gig for a 256G instead of the 126G I paid for, for the inconvenience *Promised to offer a month of the prepaid phone service I use for the inconvenience; That later got pushed to 3 months of service SINCE the long period they promised 1 months prepaid service. THIS IS THE ONLY PROMISE THEY MADE THAT HAS BEEN FULFILLED (& that 3 months is almost up & I STILL don't have my phone). *Promised to ship the black listed phone (with a hard drive I let them BORROW to transfer the information from the black listed device), to me after finding out the information couldn't be transferred. The hard drive is my brothers, so now they're inconveniencing 2 people for 1 situation. DO NOT. Shop at this establishment. They made the excuse to me before that they're unorganized because they're a new business but they've been up & running for well over a year; & if anything, you don't need to run a business to understand customer service. They are BEYOND unprofessional. I'm gathering the funds to take them to claims court & suing for the money I put out for the initial phone, minus the funds they put out for the 3 months phone service, plus my time & emotional labor; I am also reporting them to the BBB. I took my iPhone in to have the screen repaired and they broke my home button on my phone. They also messed the speaker up so my sound goes in and out. I took it back and was told there was nothing they could do. Then tried to tell me I could pay to have home button replaced but it would no longer read my finger. Wtf? My Phillie Wireless took my iPhone X in for a screen repair and gave me back someone else's phone. When I picked it up I was able to unlock the device and thought that was strange but the guy told me it happens sometimes so he said I will reset it. Once he rest it he gave me the phone back and said ok all u have to do is sign. When I got home and attempted to sigh in there was an iCloud lock on the device from someone who was not me. 3 days before Christmas the guys representing his self as the owner with the name of Sharp told me once the store fixed the screen they are not responsible for anything else and had security escort me out the location. I never cursed or got upset however he started to say I was attempting to scam him when all I asked for was my phone back. The guy also stated that he would do a. Heck in my phone to prove that he gave me back the correct phone and once the check was completed he refused to show me the results. I had my screen replaced here in November 2021. I was told I had a "lifetime" warranty. My screen started lifting up over the weekend. The entire screen became basically detached at the corners and around the edges. Last night the back light went out. I took it there today, Monday 1/10/2022 to tell them the backlight went out and screen was lifting. They took it in then texted me saying the screen wasn't covered because the screen had a scuff that was so unnoticeable they had to highlight it with a sticker and arrows to pinpoint it and that there was some moisture under the screen. The screen has been lifted all weekend while I was away. It's been exposed so I'm not surprised. I have had iPhones for YEARS and have never, even after dropping, cracking and drowning my old phones had a screen lift off my phone. They did not secure this screen correctly and refused to fix it unless I paid for a new screen. Then they gave me the phone back with the screen completely detached. The screen isn't even the problem. My backlight is. It's the mother board. The service is horrible, they don't honor their warranty and they do shoddy work. I would not recommend. Even the agents didn't seem to care at all. And their techs are frauds. They sent fake pictures to me to tell me my screen was cracked. wasn't even my phone. read more

My son & niece told me about this store so I decided to give them a try. I called the store & told the young lady what I needed, a Father's Day gift. They had the S9 and she told me she would hold it for me. And she really did. I got there after work and received excellent service, a free case for the phone I was purchasing along with a screen protector for free. Another thing I liked while I was being serviced he noticed my iPhone didn't have a screen protector so he gave me one AND a phone case for free. I shopped here before and when I went to get my iPhone unlocked they put a R-Sim in there that rarely let my actual SIM card connect to my phone. Other times I went with a friend, and they tried asking her inappropriate questions. And most recently I ordered a phone from them because I had no way to contact potential jobs. Yet when my friend went to get it, they said they didn't have it. But earlier that day they told me they had it in the back. Then they said they mailed it out. Came to find out that wasn't true. They didn't mail it out till way later. I was suppose to receive it via mail 1/24/19, and it finally came 2/16/19. Yet when it came, only thing in the box was a charger, a iPhone case, and gloves that said MyPhillieWireless. I went to get my money refunded and was told they don't do refunds, and they started to laugh and joke about it. And when as of 3/15/19 at 10:38pm the owner of MyPhillieWireless Khalil Bashar, he texted me after weeks of not hearing from him when I politely contacted him about never receiving my iPhone... And he threatens to come to my house and attack me. Then he calls me outta my name a few times as if I'm suppose to be scared of him. This is a horrible place to go. And nobody should have to do business with MyPhillieWireless ever again. And today at around maybe 11:18am he texted me again calling me out of my name, and making threats because he was mad I got a refund for a phone I ordered yet never received. Flew in from New York looked these guys up and thought ok the price is fair. Went inside for a repair, they half asses the repair. And the only reason I know is because I took it to another location because my speaker was having problems and they left screws out and something called a shield plate. These guys are horrible.
