Once they get you to purchase something, all forms of communication, customer satisfaction and honor end there. Looking at you, Colleen Woods. Having been a continuous repeat Tempur-Pedic customer over the years, this is the first time I have ever had a problem. It will now be the last and I'll make sure to let everyone I know to stay away. Senay talked us into trying out their most expensive mattress and base (the heating and cooling one). Upon purchase we learned 1) it's not comfortable 2) didn't solve our running hot and cold problems. Before purchasing we were promised that we could exchange both if we didn't love it. We didn't. So we tried to go back to our tried and true much cheaper (and far more comfortable) luxeadapt mattress, what we've always used previously, with their most basic base. What they delivered on the exchange instead though was a more expensive mid-to-high priced mattress and base instead. Thus 1) charging us more for a bed AND base we didn't want and 2) this bed is even MORE uncomfortable than their previous more expensive one. We tried calling the company's customer service and they said it had to be done via the actual flagship store where we purchase from. So then we tried calling over 30x over many months to the flagship store and couldn't get through to anyone that could help. Most times no one would even pick up. So we called the Wayzata store, and they couldn't even get through to anyone at the Edina location. We asked them to email us so we have digital receipts to reference. They didn't. So we had to drive into the city to try to talk to someone in person to apply pressure. After many months, I called them again (they won't follow up with you, and good luck getting the store to pick up) I was told I am SOL as "I already did an exchange". Even though they sent me the WRONG, MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT. The young kids couldn't help. Aladdin couldn't help. And then his boss, Colleen couldn't help. She also couldn't call me, the customer directly, to tell me to get bent. Nor did she look up my many, many numerous call logs to see how long I had been trying to course correct their expensive (for me) mistake. So now I am out manyyy thousands of dollars, with a rock hard bed I now need to get rid of, with the need to still go out and purchase a new mattress from another company to replace theirs, which is another significant financial hit. This company cares only about your money and not the actual customers. They have no principles. STAY AWAY.
