I even used their measuring tape to ensure it would fit in my vehicle as I was given the option to pick it up at the Eagan warehouse. Which I did. Upon arriving and giving the order sheet to the person there, he looked puzzled as the mattress I purchased was not even in stock at the warehouse, and the pick up date read 3/27!! That's Easter Sunday! I asked if there was another mattress close in stock, the guy back in the Woodbury store said no. I was told there was NOTHING they could do. I drove back to the Woodbury Store and now all of a sudden, there was a mattress that could work, but guess what? It's at the Eagan Warehouse! That was not about to happen. He offered Free delivery for the next day, buy we needed a solid time they would be there and he could not do that. Where was the great customer service they claimed? Sleepless in Woodbury

The sales lady was very knowledgeable about their mattresses, and you can easily see the huge difference in quality when purchasing an OMF mattress when compared to a similar priced mattress from another company (minimally twice as well built). I like how she knew exactly the type of mattress I sought, and it has worked out great since! Delivery happened three days later, right when they said it would arrive, and the movers were equally as pleasant as the salesperson. When I mentioned to a few people that I was intending to get a new mattress, and mentioned that I was going to OMF, every single person (friends (2), family members (2), acupuncturist (1) had all related extremely positive experiences with their purchase-particularly how well built and dependable they are. I like to support local companies, but only if their making a quality product-after purchasing and sleeping in my new mattress for a few weeks now, I don't know why anyone would purchase a mattress anywhere other than OMF, considering supporting the local economy, (instead of China) and getting much better value than elsewhere.

Even though the sales team was a bit pushy, and after…read morewe decided to make a purchase left us sit at the checkout desk while we watched them try to sell more to new walk-ins, we were happy with ease of purchase. After about 75 days we noticed the mattress seem to holding some type of memory after leaving the bed and was no longer comfortable. We were told that it could be normal with some of those mattresses which I'm skeptical about this information. We inquired about exchanging the bed to try one of their hybrid mattresses. We asked about 100 day policy and see if they could extend that for a few weeks since the new bed wouldn't arrive until after they picked up the old mattress, delivery at the earliest is 14 days, and that would give us about 10 days to decide if it would work. We were told there is no way to extend the plan by even a few days. Our only option at this point is to get a replacement or exchange and hope for the best. If the new bed is not going to work our we would be out almost $4,000 for bed and frame or we could return the bed and pay the restocking fee for our trouble. Hopefully you will be more informed about purchasing with Mattress Firm and be lucky that the bed you pick will not have issues, and if it does you are well within the 100 days to get a replacement and have time to test it out. With his assistance, we were able to find couches we liked as well as a coffee table and loveseat. We found a beautiful matching rug. Darrell made it a point to follow up and made sure we were finding everything. In the sleep section, we ran into Jerry, who was the sleep master. He described and informed us of the differences in the matters and pointed out some great recommendations. He followed up with us too to make sure we were doing OK. Both Darrell and Jerry were extremely knowledgeable, and even though we did not plan to purchase anything at this store, they were amazing to work with. They left a very good, memorable impression of the company. If we were not relocating, we would have purchased right away from these two. Thank you both for your hospitality and for your time.

He told me customer service would call me. I waited at least a week for customer service to get back to me and they gave me a message that said my mattress was considered not defective. What a long painful, dumb process. All because I have a mattress that I want to return? To get a better mattress? I knew the place was fishy when I got it so this just confirms my suspicions. I know it's the mattress because I travel for work and every single bed has been more comfortable than this thing! With this I get shoulder pain, back pain, leg pain. Lovely! I've seen the other bad reviews from other people and their experiences here and it makes me feel like this company will be completely gone in a year or so. Totally recommended you shop there. Not wanting cheap furniture but rather heirloom furniture, I looked at Ethan Allen, Gabberts, RH, Arhaus, Crate & Barrel, Room and Board, and HOM.
