And the 2nd time I went the lady at the front was even more kind and welcoming. This shows that the service here is top tier. 0/10. My grandparents stayed here the night before his cancer surgery. They stayed in the accessibility room. While my 78-year-old grandfather (approximately 150 lbs.) was using the shower seat, it collapsed beneath him, causing him to fall and injure his back. Despite the injury the priority was getting him to his scheduled cancer surgery, for obvious reasons, but my grandmother reported the incident to the manager afterward. Instead of documenting what happened, she was told, "The chair was working before you entered the room," and the manager refused to complete an incident report. Regardless of whether the chair appeared functional beforehand, an ADA shower seat should not collapse under a frail elderly guest. The lack of concern and refusal to document the incident was extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel inspects and replaces the chair before someone else is seriously injured. The most disappointing part wasn't just the chair collapsing, it was the manager's dismissive response and refusal to document the incident. What is more concerning was the managers immediate dismissal regarding failed safety equipment which they are responsible to inspect and maintain. If you're booking an accessible room with the expectation of safe equipment, I would inspect it before use. Based on our experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this hotel. There are far better hotels in Kalispell that provide a much higher level of customer service as someone who regularly utilizes hotel services in Kalispell. read more

Not peaceful at all. Every time the person above me walked around my microwave rattled & when the people on my right shut their microwave closed it was as if a bowling ball was hitting the wall. And when a couple was "getting it on", their headboard kept hitting the wall next to my head. When I asked to move the manager ignored me so I left. They do not salt the parking lot. It's very slippery. The first winter that I stayed there I witnessed an assault & had to call the police. They changed cable from Spectrum to Dish which sucked. The rooms were clean. read more

We stayed here for a quick visit to Kalispell and Glacier NP. My husband and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Even the hallways smelled clean. The interactions with staff were friendly and quick. The gentleman working the late shift was very helpful and friendly. Best things about the hotel: location- it's near a lot of stores, chain restaurants etc It has a kitchen with full size fridge with ice-maker, stove top, microwave Staff- staff is very friendly. Also they are helpful, suggested restaurants, suggested we go to Glacier NP after 5 pm, which really worked out for us. Negatives are minor: There was only one bedside table, one recliner. Typically I stay with family while in town but with the holiday weekend we had a lot of family in town. I chose my place as I've stayed at others in different states. Here are my pros and cons of staying at MY Place in kalispell. Pros -- The staff I experienced were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room was clean, well stocked with typical hotel items, and actually had a cool view of the entrance to glacier (roughly 40 minutes away from park entrance to hotel) The hotel was EXTREMELY close to a new shopping center which made for getting food or household items easy and quick. As well as I discussed early close to Glacier NP as well. Right next to the bypass for a quick get around town. (now not sure if this is a pro or con -- but my smoke alarm battery died on my final day and staff changed the detector within 2-3 minutes of me calling to the front desk which to me was HUGE!) Cons -- The rooms are NOT crazy sound proof. I could hear children playing in the hallways all night. As well as the room to left of me where my bed was up against, I could hear the couple snoring all night long. Which not the biggest deal, but not enough for me to complain to front desk about. Some nights were better than others. The elevator seemed to get stuck a few times and take a little longer than normal but I was never in a rush to get anywhere. Laundromat was available, but nothing was included in your stay. Had to purchase for washing, drying, and detergent. Not sure if this is like this other locations. Just thought the service or items to use the machines would be included in your stay. Parking was a little frustrating as the front of the building filled up pretty quickly and most working trucks parked in back (and not well). Making parking after 5pm a little more difficult at times. (but I always felt safe walking to and from the building) Overall this is a great place to stay. My issues truly are my issues and really don't effect my stay to much or even the rating of the hotel. Just want to bring light to some of my experiences I had here. 9/10 would stay here again. We used My Place Hotel as a home base while exploring Glacier National Park this past week. In hindsight, the hotel was a little farther than we would have liked to be from the park, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. My Place seemed very new and was super clean and comfortable. It was explained to us that My Place is geared toward those needed a longer stay, thus each room is equipped with a small kitchen including a refrigerator and microwave. There may have been a stovetop as well, but I can't remember for sure. My Place does not offer breakfast, but that wasn't an issue for us. The beds at My Place were comfortable as were the pillows. I feel like most hotel pillows go flat within minutes, but these pillows didn't! Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. read more

Cons: Room smelled like a dirty socks or high school locker room - definitely mildew. Carpet was wet throughout. We told the front desk, staff stated they had cleaned the carpet today and didn't have time to dry... agreeing w the smell... but how does that help us? They were not willing to relocate us. No apologies or admitting how inappropriate it was. She did spray the room with excessive air refreshener so then we were stuck with cheap awful fragrance. I stayed here for one night before me and my partner and her family took off to the airport and they broke in to our rental vehicle and stole two kayaks. New hotel, nice room with huge ref, microwave, oven toaster, sink, coffee maker, and stove to cook. Bed are comfortable. I just can't find the hair dryer. I called the front desk and they got me one immediately :) Got a room at the 4th floor, thanks to Iris for allowing us checked in early. That's always a plus anywhere! If you come and use Waze for navigation, add My Hotel Kalispell instead of the address. The address on the website will bring you to a different hotel. Such a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place. There is a small kitchen but you need to rent the kitchen ware! Unbelievable policy My Place. What are you thinking? Then was kept up until 1:00 am, by children running in room above me. Called management three times, to no avail. Finally at 1:00 am I go to the lobby where no one is to be found. Luck would have it that the aunt of the children who were running was in the lobby. She called her brother and got the kids to go to bed. I have to give a shout out to the manager who DID refund me 50$, but I think I should have been refunded more. After all, they have ONE JOB!To provide s good nights sleep. This place is unfortunate. It tries to be in the category of Drury or Holiday Inn express but it's actually well below that. Shower had thick black hair on the walls not one but like 6. Carpet was not vacuumed for some time. There was an earring next to the bed, not under it NEXT to it. How does the staff not see that???. One usable coffee cup, one wrapped and one unwrapped and looked used. No remote for TV. No, breakfast is NOT included even though it says "continental breakfast available". This place is a crap hole. I'll never stay at a My Place again. But at least I have a nice story for my trip. So there's that. And the coffee maker worked ‍ read more

Highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located but more than that, it offers really good service, WiFi that is much better than most hotels, clean and modern. The room is spacious, has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, there's laundry facilities and they even provide your room with a laundry basket! This place was only open for a few days when I was there so of course it was in awesome condition. The place had that new car smell lol. We had our dogs with us and yes they are dog friendly which is always a plus. The staff were great always smiling and helpful. They own a pizza place beside the hotel and you will get a discount if you show your room key. The rooms are set up with a little kitchen because they are an extended stay place. read more

A zero star would be more appropriate! My husband stayed here to get a rest from a very busy work week. Despite the fact it is a pet free property, there was sn unattended dog barking in a room on his floor. There were also several parties going on in rooms on his floor and the one above. He called and complained to the front desk several times with no resolution. This went on for HOURS. The front deck then refused to answer his calls so he went down to the lobby to complain. There were several other customers there complaining as well. By this time it is 2 in the morning! The police were called to deal with the dog and noise situation. Needless to say my husband was not a happy camper! Imagine his surprise when the police asked him to leave because he was angry about the noise and lack of sleep he was getting! The hotel then refused to refund his money! We would sleep in a park before we would stay here again! read more

Bare bones hotel. Clean and comfortable beds, but that*s all, no breakfast, no pool, no maid service, you have to make your own bed if you stay more than one day. Our TV did not work and no one to fix it. Gave us a small refund for it. Toilet backed up, no maintenance man to fix it. Breakfast in bed service consists of pre-made breakfast sandwiches and the like that they deliver the night before and you heat up in the microwave the next morning. Full kitchen but no utensils or plates or pots and pans to cook or eat anything. Totally useless kitchen unless you travel with everything you need. Staff pleasant. Very Disappointing, if you are looking only for a clean bed for the night, this is your place, otherwise anywhere else would be preferable. read more

If you haven't stayed at a MyPlace hotel, I definitely recommend you to look up their concept. They aren't a hotel in a traditional sense, but rather a budget extended-stay option. The Kalispell MyPlace is recently constructed, so everything is fresh and new. The location is excellent, and close to the highways and stores alike, so getting places is easy. They offer decent rooms for a much lesser cost than other similar hotels in the area, so that's a great deal. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms are reasonably sized. Enough space to keep all your stuff. There is a small kitchenette in the room if you want to heat to-go items, but that's all that's worth for. The decor is darb and looks cheap, but you can't expect Ritz quality here. However, it has its low points. They offer a full kitchenette, but no pots, pans, silverware, or flatware. You're expected to bring your own utensils, but who does that on a holiday? They sell pots and pans, but it's unreasonable. They do offer paper plates and disposable spoons and forks. Due to these factors, the kitchenette is but a glorified food storage and leftover warming station. They don't offer breakfast, but they sell some frozen microwavable food if you don't want to step out. There is no gym, pool, or hot tub in the hotel. The room wasn't cleaned properly prior to my check-in. There were a bunch of unclean surfaces we wiped down with a paper towel. We also found a set of keys, probably of the previous occupant on the floor. The staff just shrugged when I let them know of this the next day. They don't do daily housekeeping, but offer towel replacement and trash removal only upon request, and you need to request it everyday explicitly, or else they don't do it for those days. I expect light-touch housekeeping at any hotel by default, or at the minimum, telling the front desk once should suffice for the entire duration of my stay. And one important tip to remember for late travelers, the last check-in time is 2 am, or they cancel your reservation. I had a prepaid reservation and informed the front desk thrice that I would be arriving late, and all three times was told that it would be alright as they had a note on my reservation. When I checked in at 1:45 am, I was told by the front desk agent that she was about to cancel my reservation if I did not arrive by 2 am. This is a weird policy, specially when other hotels have a 6 or 7 am policy. And in the case my entire reservation for all days had been prepaid, I expect my room to be available no matter when I check in since they already have my money. In spite of the minor issues, it is a decent hotel, specially at the price point. Would I stay here again? Yes, if they were to offer such competitive prices. If they hike their prices up, I'd rather stay at a full service hotel with well-trained staff and proper housekeeping. read more

We stayed 3 nights as this location. It seems to be a new building, has nice facilities and a basic kitchen in the room as well which was perfect for us. We stayed here in the middle of a 2 week camping trip so the laundry facilities were nice to have as well. It is close to a lot of shopping and about 40 mins from the West Entrance of Glacier NP. The night desk clerk is extremely helpful and really made us feel welcome (I think his name is Keenan?). He even let us store our bikes in the storage room...which it sounds like maybe is against policy so don't bank on this in the future. l Overall a really good experience and would recommend this location. read more

Price was great. I was there for a few nights. I chose this place as they are really new and the right location for my needs. Close to everything just north of Kalispell. That is where it ends. Beds were very uncomfortable. I am the least picky person. I sleep on the floor all the time at my cabin and this was worse. I woke up miserable. I also didn't sleep much, as we heard every noise from our floor and the floor above. We could hear every conversation people were having in other rooms. I was completely disappointed in this place. I should have sprung for the extra $10/night for a different hotel that I have stayed at and had a good rest. read more
