The bathroom was like being outside (temp wise), but it was so cute. The king sized bed had a memory foam topper, and it was BETTER than a tempurpedic! So cozy and comfortable. We only saw staff in the office once, and that was really just to go say hi, introduce ourselves and meet the dog. We were greeted by Chandler, a very sweet young college-aged man who was friendly, and accommodating when we asked to meet the dog. Our dog just died, so my Granddaughter was all about meeting other dogs, very sweet people. One day I stopped and got a trash bag to empty our cans; we tried to do our best to keep our room clean because our family knows the owners, and we didn't want to burden them with cleaning up after us daily. If you're a no frills person, this is a great, clean, well maintained place to stay. If you're a five diamond hotel person who expects everyone to cater to you, go somewhere else. I'm hoping to go back in the summer. It seems in some rooms they accept pets, which is great! It's a non smoking motel, but the smokers are right outside, so leaving your windows open if you're allergic is not an option.

The lobby has coffee service 24/7, complimentary breakfast, and at night smores kits at the adjacent outdoor fireplace. There's a kureig coffee machine in every room. On the lower level there's a game room with a pool table and a shuffle board table among other activities. There's a unique indoor/outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. Rooms are quiet except for some foot steps we heard above. Location is great. Easy walking access to downtown. There's a Safeway and Walgreens a block away. Bonus points for the in room microwave. Parking is no extra charge. The base room rate was $199 per night for our stay. There's an amenity fee of $23 and a few bucks of tax which wasn't much. There's another $4 of "optional" fees I guess you could decline. We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast got repetitive but it's a nice way for them to add value. It's at least hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. We would definitely stay here again.

We had guests of almost 70 people with no issues and every employee was helpful and friendly. The cabins were clean but need a little bit of maintenance. I guess I could have taken a 1/2 star away for this but it didn't impact the enjoyment. It was great to have the separated cabins and a variety of cabins to pick from. The Snowberry Center was decorated beautifully and I could not have asked for a better place for a Glacier Park wedding setting. The Airport and Costco was just a few minutes away, so everything was easily accessible. I highly recommend and plan to return for anniversaries.

We are traveling with another couple in their own RV. We booked a stay at Beargrass lodging and RV…read morein January 2026 for a stay in July of 2026. We picked 2 sites that were next to each other, were big enough for our 35 foot rigs, and had room to sit outside and enjoy each other's company. When we arrived, they had moved us to different sites that were far apart from each other and had hardly enough space for our rigs, and absolutely no space to gather outside. My husband and I had to park our truck 3 ft in front of our door where we would typically sit outside and our friends were smack up against the back of a cabin, so no place to hang out there. We were first told they moved us because someone else couldn't fit into the site they picked. Once we discovered where we were placed and that we hardly fit, we complained and were told that it was the website that "optimized" the grid. Since there were other people in the sites we had originally selected, we asked for a discount as we didn't get what we paid for. The staff person said he would call and talk to the manager. Soon, he relayed the message that it was all our fault because there was a box we were supposed to check if we wanted to guarantee our selected site. We went back to the website and did a whole walkthrough of the booking process until just before you actually click to submit the payment. No check box. So they lied again!
