Upon arrival I was greeted right away. She was very friendly and informative. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay very clean and quiet. Very decent price to bring our dog along as well. One thing that can be improved is to obtain a few more carts to help haul luggage. There was only one cart available which was always handy when I needed it. Just during our leave there were others needing it as well and just pacing around us waiting to use it for themselves, which was annoying, but I understand they were trying to leave also. One other thing would be to stock more than one pouch of coffee in the rooms. Not sure if they typically do but our room had one and the coffee was not very potent. I would just go to the lounge to retrieve coffee their which was always full and really good coffee. Overall other than that great stay nice to have a kitchenet area. Make sure to take a pot and pan this can save money from eating out. room has a nice large fridge, multiple cupboards. Bathrooms are great stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds did say 2 queen size they are more like a full size. blankets were cozy. read more

This is one bare bones, no frills hotel. The room was quite small. It had a fridge with a freezer and a cook top stove, nice pluses. The mattress was fair but not great and although the description said it was a queen size bed, it was MUCH smaller than our queen bed at home. The shower lacked pressure. You could buy breakfast and microwave it in your room. We will not return! read more

Brand new hotel, so it is a good one as of now. Bedding and towels feels like heaven. They are thick, clean, comfortable, soft. Service is good as well. They have a kitchen but no pot, pans and silverware inside the rooms. Just available for purchase. My truck was in the shop at peterbilt for a couple of days so they recommended this place. Let me say. HOLEEEE COW! Super impressed and very affordable. Lots of useful store/restaurants within walking distance if you by chance don't have a car. I would (and will) definitely recommend this to family and friends. read more

Place is great living situation wise. If you are trying to do business and use their WiFi or any other service of the sort, just don't stay here. The connection is atrocious. Although our stay was good, my girlfriend and I were charged $400 for smoking. We don't smoke. So unless they plan to charge everyone on the floor we stayed on the same ammount we HIGHLY REGRET staying here. Nice yes. But not $500 nice. The Ramada or Hilton presidential and honey moon suites didnt even charge us this much. And those are amazingly beautiful. If you're thinking of staying here, dont. There is another hotel just down the road. read more

WORST STAY EVER!!! I dont think ive ever have had a problem with a hotel until i stayed at My Place hotel. One, the rooms are so cheaply made. The furniture in the rooms were cheap crap made furniture. If you expect a breakfast in the morning well dont if you stay. Mky Place hotel adds a small kitchen with your room. the stove is a cheap over the counter type. hoope you dont get a stained stove with greave around and on top.. they have a my place store wherte you can buy over priced food. i just dont see how they cant add a free breakfast with your stay. they even charge for the coffee in your room. comes with no coffee where you can go downstairs and buy some. id wake up to the smell of food because some one was cooking heavily in their room. Another problem i had was dog feces in the stairs. My Place lets you allow pets in rooms which give rooms a foul smell, dog and cat hair left over in the room and of course feces in the stairs. the staff were very ;rude when i told them about feces in the stairs in front of other incoming stairs. the manager a heavy set women gave me a stern look went around the back and shouted at a room servise employee. very unprofessional. So in conclusion, if you want to stay at a place where you get no complimentary breakfast, cheap furnature covered in pet hair, pay high price to make your food stay at my place. i will never return..... read more

Easy to schedule, great price. Greeted at front desk with warmth and happiness made to a great beginning. Got to room and it was clean, inviting and good size with a small kitchen area which was a great plus. Beds were super comfortable and bedding was warm and cozy. I was concerned at first with hwy noise as our window faced it but once curtains closed didn't even hear a thing. Well worth a stay, when we return to Tri-Cities we will definitely be staying here. read more

Was a wonderful hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to greet you. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. This is a new establishment that has roaches. I posted a video of what I woke up to on the ceiling. The rooms are not nasty, they are clean and the bed was amazing. The tub has a 1980 type shower head. However, when I went to check out, I showed the front desk person and manager the video and all they said was ewww that's nasty. Then the manager told me that a guy said that he too seen a roach. Then the manager walked away. I don't see how they want you to buy breakfast with an infestation problem. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a star. Yeah it's a nice place but the front desk staff is so disorganized. I was in the lobby doing stuff on the computer and had to listen to two employees yelling at each other behind closed doors. We were also told we would have a recliner in our room and there wasn't one. Also asked for a shower chair cause I can't stand in the shower. They brought me a broken chair. They also over charged us because when we check out the girl didn't actually check us out. We stay in a lot of hotels cause my husband travels for work and this is the most trouble we have had. Brand new hotel! Got a great deal with our yelp coupon so we were happy with that. We get our room and find it has a kitchen with a full size fridge, an ice maker in the freezer, a big microwave, 2 burner stove, coffee pot and good size sink. We had a very nice queen size bed that was soft and comfortable with quality blankets and sheets. The only thing I could have wanted different would be a bigger tub, but thats just me being picky! We will definitely stay here every time we are in Tri Cities! read more

Am staying here for couple of weeks while my apartment is being remodeled. I ask for a "handicap" room. Room was clean. Nice bed, nice kitchenette, but no pots, dishes or eating utensils. (I was warned ahead of time so I brought my own) because they have a little "store" to buy some from the hotel. My complaint is my "handicap" room had NO walk in shower, (just regular tub)I can't step up that high. The "shower chairs" legs buckled when I put pressure on it. Nothing is handicap, except the handicap rails in room. Even a very low toilet instead of the raised toilet most hotels use. read more

I'm new to the area and Washington has not been pet friendly except for My Place hotel. They have worked with me to stay until I find a place to move into that does allow German Shepards. I'm grateful for them otherwise I would be homeless. Also room service does an awesome job making sure the rooms stay clean. And everyone is nice and willing to accommodate. They even got directions for me to the doggie park. read more

I've booked rooms at this hotel for both myself and family a number of times over the past few months as we were moving. We had been happy with them as they allow pets including cats in the rooms and don't charge a fortune for the animals. Though they offer no breakfast, hot tub or pool for around the same price as other hotels. Unfortunately on my last booking I tried to cancel the reservation 11am the morning of arrive. We stay at Best Western Plus hotels a lot and I've always been able to cancel before 4pm on the day. We were driving a large moving truck across 4 states and ended up making much better time then we thought. When I called they just gave me their 24 hour notice sepal. They didn't even seem sorry or care. They are always busy so could have easily re-booked my room (I'm sure they did!) I tried to get them to move my reservation to another hotel further down the state but no one seemed to know if this was possible. I asked to talk to the manager and was put through to her VM. I never even received a call back. I called a few times and the manager was never in. I sent an email and got a cookie cutter reply from the manager with my name spelled wrong. Obviously customer service isn't their strong point. We won't be staying in one of their hotels again, I'll stick with Best Western hotels from now on. read more
