Large bathroom with shower and tub. Everything functioned great. Large indoor pool was clean, I was surprised it wasn't heated (late October). This is a pretty new and modern Courtyard but even a drab, dumpy one would have served my purpose. I had been staying in Pendleton and my flight home was scheduled to depart at 6am. I couldn't ask any of my Pendleton Pals to pick me up at 3:30 in the morning to drive me the 70 miles. You can't beat this Courtyard for airport convenience. If I didn't have a heavy suitcase, I could have walked it and arrived in about 5-10 minutes. No need to walk; the hotel provides a free shuttle that runs every half hour starting at 4 in the morning. Can't review breakfast but the room and sheets were clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. The Bistro's chicken sandwich and fries were more than adequate saving me the trouble to get a Lyft to take me to a finer restaurant. read more

:/OUTRAGEOUS one night stay. JULY 2025 so this a CURRENT BLAST OF THE COURTYARD MARRIOTT IN PASCO, WA EXPENSIVE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS:/ 1. I never been to such a beautiful hotel that USES gross hard-to-roll cheap hand DOLLYS for my beautiful suicases and clothes. 2. Checked in and we said we need a hotel cart....guy replied they been gone and we ONLY HAVE 2 FOR 4 FLOORS OF GUESTS!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! I begged them go look on each floor for me ...nothing!! Then i said i cant do anything without one and about an hour later they find one of the dirtiest old dollys to put my nice things. 2. Donttttt ask questions., Jose great personality but no matter what I asked him he said "I don't know the answer for that." 3. Then there was a honduras girl at desk. Very sweet butttt she needs to go to english class. This is america and it is not enjoyable to have to repeat all you say to her for her to get what your saying. 3. Around 8pm came down to get extra blankets for sofa..bar manager said we have no extras. I SAID FOUR FLOORS OF HOTEL ROOOMS AND YOU DONT HAVE A SPARE BLANKET. I said I cant sleep without the extras. She said SORRY THE EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS ARE FOR ELITE MEMBERS THAT ARE CHECKING IN....THEY RESERVE THEM S SORRY!OUTTAGEOUS!!! Never in 50 years traveling with military never been denied extra pillows or blankets!!! She gave me one that may haven't been washed thoroughly because had a musty smell. Still insisting i need another blanket so she ended up going to find one butttt wasted alot of my time. 4. Sofa bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE & had Noisy room side of us. 5. Checking out I said to Nancy I usually get 2 walmart water bottles when I check in. She said sorrrrry you didnt get. I said can I have them now and she said nooooooo!!! I spent $380 total and i cant have 2/.25 cent water bottles??? The parking situation is fantastic! With wide spaces right out front that allows you to open your car door all the way and retrieve your luggage! What a concept at at a hotel, right? Walk in to a spacious lobby with friendly desk clerks, yes it was actually staffed with 2! Anymore that extra staff is unheard of. I love walking into a fresh new hotel room and feel like I am the first guest to stay in it. The smells were of fresh new furniture with no missing side tray or ottoman, the desk chair actually adjusted without slowly sinking to the floor! Ate dinner in the bar and Joey and Kelly went out of their way to cater to my needs. I ordered a Cobb salad with honey mustard Which was not available and the chef made my dressing to order. Delicious! Friendly attentive bar staff that tried so hard to satisfy me. Love the huge Samsung TV in the King room and of course the obligatory refrigerator and microwave. USB ports and outlets where needed. With the exception of no hot water for my morning shower, a total 5 star experience! Being such a young property, the kinks will get ironed out! If I could give this Marriott 10 stars I would. My husband called 5 days ago to book a room for our daughter and son who were driving through on their way to Idaho. We received THE BEST customer service from Jason who was working that evening and offered to contact the manager on our behalf and without us even asking. He went above and beyond to help us through our particular circumstance. During these trying times, it was a breath of fresh air to have Jason offer to help and empathize with our situation. The Bistro/bar service is superb. Enjoy the deck area and the dining area just the same. The room was modern and very comfy. The huge rotating TV, sofa and ottoman are placed in such a way that you can enjoy entertainment on a sofa or on the bed. read more

I reserved and pre- paid for my room through Agoda, as I have for years. When we checked in I was told there would be a hold on my card for incidentals, which I didn't think twice about, because it is standard practice. They not only put a $50 hold on my card for incidentals, but also for the full cost of the room, which I had already paid for. I spoke with the representative at the front desk at check out and was told my card wasn't charged, and that the pending status would "go away". We checked out Saturday morning. By Wednesday, the pending charges ($172) was still pending. I called and the representative was apologetic, told me that typically the incidental fee IS $50, but it is up to the person who checks us in to determine if they hold more?! She told me it would "eventually be returned". It has now been TEN days and that $172 has not been returned. There was no damage to the room. Completely unacceptable. This was my first and last time staying at a Marriott. read more

I thought I was gonna enjoy a nice stay at this hotel. As soon as I walked in the ladies at the front desk were very rude. I asked for a manager to assist me and as she started talking, I could smell alcohol on her breath through her mask. Very non professional.
