He seemed like a great guy and didn't have all the parts he needed in the van so offered to come back the next day - no problem. He came back, completed the "repair" and was paid $350. When I contacted the gas company to have the gas turned back on they came out inspected the work that was done by Joe and alerted me to the fact that the repair wasn't done to code and was a safety hazard. As a result, they could not turn the gas back on. I called Joe and he said he would be back the next day to fix it correctly...and the next day came and went...unfortunately didn't hear back from him. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for any gas work, maybe they're good with sinks and toilets?

At the last moment before the plumbers arrival, I had to rush out and pick up one of my kids because my wife was running late. Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated.
