I was greeted by Carolyne who is the office manager and she represents this office with great professionalism, compassion, helpfulness and sets a great tone, overall. The entire team is awesome! Dr. Phanord is simply amazing and I'm confident that my dental needs are in excellent hands. She took her time an made me feel like i was her highest priority. She was very thorough, explained things very well, was patient, and made my dental appt stressfree! I consider fining this dentist office a blessing as I searched upon moving from out of state w months ago! At this point, I'd give a top rating! The went for a general cleaning at my periodontist recommendation. To my surprise they were billing me for periodontal visit. That is not the service I had requested since I already have a peri that I visit on a regular basis. They insisted that is the treatment I required since I had a perio in past I still go to my periodontist for checkups. This is a dentist office not a periodontist office. No one is asking you to any insurance fraud that is not ethical nor would l ask anyone to do that. I am asking to perform a general cleaning that your offices refused to do you are not periodontist so stop trying to charge for that service. read more

Dr. Shana and her team are friendly, amazing and caring. She takes her time to make sure that her patients are comfortable during procedures. I love that she lets you know exactly what she is doing throughout the procedures. I have high anxiety and Dr. Shana made my wisdom removal a beautiful experience. Dario who always cleans my teeth is amazing. So friendly & gentle and the visit feels like it takes no time at all. I always walk out feeling like I have a clean & fresh mouth. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Their communication regarding scheduling appointments makes my life easier. They send email & text reminders which makes my life easier with such a busy schedule. The dentist, Dr. Francois is so knowledgeable and also very friendly. I really enjoy my dental visits. The staff was very friendly and courteous and understanding when I was running late this morning. When setting up my appointments I specifically stated I did not want x-rays and they stated that they would check as I was a new patient. Upon arriving to the office and filling out all the paperwork is when they notified me they would not clean my teeth without a full exam to Be able to see any underlying health conditions and diagnosis. Huge waste of my time. They stated it was illegal for them to see me without this which seems very unlikely unless it's a Florida law as I move quite often for work and never have a problem. Update: I arrived 30 minutes late for the first appointment of the day. When your office reschedule the original appointment online I notified the receptionist on the phone I did not want X-rays completed and she did not give me the option to have my x-rays sent. I was told this other option during my visit today. If I had known this I would of saved us both time and had my orthodontist send them from my follow up in February 2020. read more

Dr. Shana is absolutely amazing. First let me express that I am extremely picky and very research oriented. It is my job. I am a librarian so I check out everything about everybody I see. Dr. Shana uses every updated method that is available in dentistry and uses it in a gentle refined way. Everything that we did in her office was the best dental treatments we had every had bar none including the cleaning. Everyone was unhurried and patient with us. Dr. Shana took the time to explain everything, and my daughter works in healthcare so asked ALOT of questions. Dr. Shana is an independent practice. In other words not part of a chain and will not and does not try to upsell you at any time. She takes pride in doing what is right for her patients. She has no obligation to try to meet some quota or try to shuttle people through like a cattle call like a chain dentist practice. I can not express to you how valuable that is in today's world of chain health centers and was one of the criteria I looked for when picking a dentist. You are not just a number to her and it shows in not only how she treats you, it shows in how her staff treats you AND in how she treats her staff. Dr. Shana is polite and kind to everyone that works in her office. I actually found myself complimenting her several times on her demeanor towards her staff because it was so obvious that not only did they respect her immensely, she treated them like valued members of her team. My husband, my daughter and I left Dr. Shana's office feeling extremely fortunate and excited that we had found such an amazing, gifted and compassionate dentist and practice. read more

I walked in without an appointment which i felt terrible for but I chipped my tooth. They were also closing which made me feel even worse. The staff was so welcoming and helpful I could not believe it! Even though they didn't accept my insurance, they took care of me and I might just stay here and pay out of pocket! Such a warm, friendly and helpful office and I would recommend them to anyone I know! I received a huge happy good morning from Terri and the entire staff when I arrived for my appointment. Big smiles all around. I met Dario, my hygienist, who was so energetic and friendly, I felt completely at ease and relaxed. I needed xrays. You know those little rectangles you have to hold in your mouth? First time ever the process was comfortable and pain free. Thank you! Then Dario surprised me with a hand paraffin treatment! What is this? A dental spa? I'm loving the attention! The cleaning went without a hitch, Dario is meticulous and gentle. After reading the xrays and meeting Dr. Francois, (amazing woman!) I needed some dental projects. Everything was completed the same day. Dr. Francois and Melissa did exceptional work and walked me through each phase which made me relaxed and comfortable.
