It's not like I check my emails as often as I'd check a text message. So what if I didn't see the cancellation in time? Clearly they don't care about gaining new clientele for whatever reason. My son also visited about a month ago and received an amazing haircut from a stylist with black hair who sits at the end on the left side. I don't remember her name, but she did a fantastic job! Mindy is a nice lady but I don't think she can cut curly hair. I had my primary cut a few days ago, which was choppy and not blended. I thought it was because she cut my hair wet. I messaged her a picture of my hair and she said she could fix it. I returned today and she attempted a dry cut. The results didn't look good. She attempt to fix it but it kept looking choppy. I messaged her asking for a refund, since I have to get if fixed somewhere else. She stated she doesn't do refunds. I sent her pictures of my hair so she understands how bad the cut was. I highly recommend My Salon! Great friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so kind. We Always go to Ashley for all our Family's haircuts. My 7yr old and 2yr old Son's LOVE Ashely and are always excited to get there haircuts by her.
