Booking my appointment online was super easy--the website was clear, straightforward, and gave me all the information I needed. On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes, and I was blown away by the results. My brows looked defined, natural, and polished--better than I expected--and I left with a new sense of confidence. There are two locations, but I go to the Kendall one since it's close to my apartment. Plenty of parking available since it's located in the plaza where the movie theater is. Making an appointment online is convenient and they have a lot of time slots. Paying by card will cost you a fee so to avoid that fee, you would need to bring cash. Eyebrow threading will cost $11. I usually leave it up to them to shape my eyebrows because they know what would look best for my face shape. I always leave satisfied by the eyebrow shape they threaded. However, I do notice that there are a few hairs that I would need to clean up myself when I get home. Overall, I will keep coming here. Maybe next time I will tell them to clean it up a bit more.

I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye.
