It's a horrible place to take your kids because the customer service is not good and the prices for kids are expensive.

My first visit was a great visit. This was a quick appointment as all I needed was a polish change on my toes. The manager requested I pay cash only since the fee was $7.00 and they charge a $1.00 to use the credit card machine. I happen to have cash on me so this worked out fine. The salon is small since it is in a Wal-Mart. Though this does not stop them from performing a variety of services. They have more polish colors and nail tips designs than any other nail salon I have ever seen. Matter of fact you like long, short, round, square, claw or whatever they can do it. My polish change was quick and easy. Very perfect as the stylist shaped my nails before polishing them up. Very friendly staff. I will try them again in the future. read more

This review is only for the lady that did my nails here yesterday. Her name was Nga and she was sweeter than honey pie. Not only was she courteous and engaging she was great at was she did. My nails came out perfect. Better than most nail technicians I have tried come high prices or low. She took her time but didn't have me in the chair forever. She always made sure I was comfy and was very gentle and didn't cut me with her tools. The salon is small and it's inside a walmart But trust me go see Nga and you won't be disappointed. I paid $40 including tip for a pink and white full set. Which Is a deal for me coming from San Francisco where $40 is only a fill. They do decent aryclics for a good price (compared to most nail salons). But the only reason I don't give 5 stars is because you definitely don't feel welcome! Customer service usually is rude. Had a manicure the place is super dirty but I figured that it was a manicure and couldn't go wrong. It's a simple request. Turns out I guess it can go wrong because "Toni" said "you want to pay me incase I mess up you can't get mad" so this place doesn't trust their customers clearly. Everyone here is awesome I Love it! They know what they are doing! I have to admit though I get my nails done by Jonny he is the best in my opinion, I waited till he was done and while he was working on my nails 2 other girls requested him, he's that good! Anywho the store is always busy that might be a good thing though it would make me wonder if they didn't have as much people. Went to get a full set and a pedi.. I'v been here before and it's really not that great at all but this time was the worst. The lady doing my pedi, didn't do the massage for very long, and the paint was on my skin... Kevin did my full set, it's bad the acrylic is bumpy the Crome color is on my skin along with the glue from the tips and when filing them he cut me because my skin was stuck to the nail.. to top it all off he stayed on the phone with an ear piece and didn't wanna answer me when I had questions. Very friendly staff. I was greeted immediately and directed to pick out a color. I got a simple mani/pedi and it turned out great. Linhdam did both and was awesome! She really took the time to clean up my nails good. I got french on both my feet hand hands. Lines look great and it was a mere $33 for both. I have come here in the past and been wholly satisfied. But I came in today with my roommate and that will never happen again. TONI was so rude. I simply asked her to cut 1 toenail shorter and she got super defensive and whined about it at me and then refused to cut it shorter for upwards of 5 minutes, actually in English. I was eager to get my acrylic nails to compliment my Easter outfit. It was a very busy time of day. A client next to me was getting her nails done and it appeared the technician just wasn't paying attention to smears, shape and applications of color. Even after the nail tech was told numerous times she continued to fail doing things right. As for me the manager did my nails. I showed her the picture of the design I wanted- a heart made up of dots and to put on two nails. Before I had the color and design she asked me to pay first then color. I obliged. The shape of nails? Great. The design? Well, what she did was no where NEAR what I wanted. I told her I wanted more dots to make it look more full like the picture. She TOLD me, "No, this is good." and would not do what I asked! When I asked her to paint a cross into the heart she said, " No we don't don't do that. We are Catholic and the cross not belong showed on the body but stay inside." A crucifix is displayed on a shelf just behind the pay counter. I pay for my nails to look the way I want and not the way they want! It's called service. read more

I've gone there twice. My first time I had Kevin. He is very much requested. It wasn't the BEST experience but my nails looked good and they lasted perfectly for 2 weeks so I was satisfied with his work. The 2nd time, I had Kathy. Better experience. I could tell that the regular customer get treated WAY better than new ones. Its like they don't care if they scare away customers. However, the signs say $20 acrylic. I chose medium length nails and was charged an additional $5 for "length". That charge is not mentioned in the sign. Also, my index, middle and pinkie nails were completely crooked and I didn't notice until after the polish was on so it wasn't fixable. Lastly, 2 days after I got them done.. My index finger nail snapped while putting on my shoes!! It broke in half and the price to replace was : $5 to remove other half, $5 to fix, $3 for polish. No star if possible the main lady that sits at the corner is so rude!! All of them there are incredible racist towards African Americans. I know this because I've been twice with my mom to company her to get her nails done and I've observed everything when their is a few American American that come in and ask how long "Kathy" the main lady always tells them " 1 hour wait" when their is open chairs and workers " but someone of different race comes in and she tells them take a seat at this table minutes after the other person leaves"! the tools they use for pedicures do not get sanitized I seen her take the tools a worker use on a customers feet and took them to the sink and toned them and bit them in a bag. When my mom got her pedicure and the foam Sandals they give u when u don't have sandals well they asked my mom to put her tennis shoes back on and asked for the foam sandals back and she put them back in the plastic and when my mom told her that her toe nails weren't dry she insisted on her to put them on in a ride way !! They do not care how they do ur nails if u have a problem with nail and u let them know they will tell u no theirs no but it's obvious u can see it and they get very mad and are rough with ur hands trust me it happened to me ! If I could give negative stars I would. Was treated very rudely when my daughters asked why they were being skipped in line on a busy weekend. I decided to give them a second chance and went in yesterday after work. A 15 min wait turned into almost an hour because "they were understaffed" and I got my full set. They were nice and decent priced... I got home and noticed they were starting to turn yellow. I went to work and then stopped in after work and the same lady that was rude on Saturday was rude again telling me I had wait 45 minutes and they would get to me because again "they were understaffed" I explained that I waited yesterday and I shouldn't have to wait again and was rudely told I didn't have a choice if I wanted them to fix it. It was the powder that turned my nails yellow so all they could do for me was cover the white tips with a gel color. A lot of positive comments on here and that's the reason I came... but all it takes is 1 bad experience to ruin it and unfortunately I had 2 and will not be coming back. Take care of your customers not make them feel bad and be rude when something is wrong. read more

best place that i have gotten my nails done in by far! some people say that Kevin is an "asshole" (taken from a previous review) but honestly he did an amazing job! i got my coffin shape, the matte coat i wanted, the colors i wanted and all for a really good price! it came out to be 25 dollars, it would have been 20 dollars but i wanted a matte coat! i recommend this place to everyone that asks me where i get my nails done! or even when they ask me if i know any good places! they try to get you seated as soon as they can, i waited like 10 minutes but it was well worth the wait! read more
