I got home that day realizing the fit was too narrow/tight for my high arched feet and made the decision to rerun the shoes. I went into road runner the next day, Wednesday, to return the shoes. (mind you I did not buy the membership because it was $19.99(?) plus $49.99 annually on top of the already $160 shoes.) This is when I was told by a manager named Alexis, that I had worn the shoes - when I in fact had NOT worn the shoes besides trying them on in store- and he wasn't going to give me my money back. I told him that he was wrong and needed to give me my money back. He gave me my money back very reluctantly ensuring me he didn't believe me. He told me he remembered me "not buying the membership" and that he remembered the shoes being clean and unworn on Tuesday. I left the store in tears over the interaction. Later, once I had calmed down, I realized I had taken photos of the shoes in store on Tuesday prior to buying them. It came to my realization that Gary and Alexis had sold me the floor sample shoe without telling me and then proceeded to blame me for the shoes being worn. After being treated so poorly, I will never be going back to road runner.

I went to the store, and the sales rep says that they don't have my color choice. No problem, let's just order a new pair online. He checked and "They are all out of those pants in my size online!" No more large, so I am thinking that is why I got XLarge instead of Large? but I can't prove this. Okay, credit me and I will pick another style of pants. The problem is the store jogger pants are now $110 and not on sale. That is okay because I have $29 left on my gift card. The sales person, very nice, verified I had $29 left on my gift card. The problem is where is that money? It is not on my account. It is nowhere in their system. It is gone. Look, there is the proof that I still have $29 left. He agreed with me, but gave me Customer Service. Simple solution, let's just call them right now? No, he said they won't do anything right away. It will take days for them to issue a new gift card and mail it to me. I gave up on my $29 and this company at that moment. They took my money. Everything I just told you is true. There is something not right here. When I purchase something with an Amazon gift card, the balance stays on my account, so I can use it later. This is true with other companies, but not Vuori. Their customer service is more of a hassle than the money I lost. No one ever returned my call. I could never find a time when they are open. Be careful with online gift cards here.

I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She also applied that same dedicated care to my wife, and thanks to her explanation, we finally figured out the reason for her ongoing ankle and knee pain. Judy's exceptional service and focus on satisfaction were unmatched, making her the person to ask for!

Needed some footwear for my daughter after her shoe was on its last leg and unfortunately blew out in a game during a weekend tournament. So we googled soccer in north orange county and this place had good reviews so we thought we should check it out and Im so glad we did. First off, the owner was super nice and helpful. The store has a very welcoming feeling to it and has everything that any soccer player would need whether it be for the recreational or serious high school/club player. They also service a some other sports and have access to a wide variety of footwear, apparel and equipment. The owner Fred, spent as much time with us as needed and was very knowledgable in getting my daughter the best quality shoe and correct size that she needed. All in all this place was absolutely great. The service was awesome and the prices were really competitive. We will definitely be returning to and supporting this store. Thanks Fred!! read more

Went to Dicks for a pair of goalie gloves for my son. Luckily for me they did not have it at the store. It was only available on line. Did a quick search on soccer stores and MY SPORT came up. I am glad that we went to store. Small store but with all the things you need for soccer. Felt very comfortable looking through the items. The owner/sales person was very helpful. He had a very good knowledge of soccer equipment. He did not try to sell us want we did not want. He explained the value of the item verse the brand names which I thought was a quality of an honest person. My son was very happy with the gloves. Prices were very reasonable and I was very happy. When we need more soccer equipment this is the first and the only store we will shop. I high recommend this store for you soccer equipment. read more

The guys vouching for hockey monkey won me over with their stories of how good the staff was. I did not have a good experience, will not go back, and do not recommend. As stated... total beginner. I informed the sales rep, Alex, about my price range and that I'm just getting started and he grabbed some skates. I settled on a a pair and he informed me of the baking process. He baked my skates, laced them up for me, told me he would be right back and that I needed to remain seated for them to cool. Then - unbeknownst to me - he clocked out and went home. I waited there with my family ( we were hard to miss) until a manager came and told me the store was closed. I felt like a complete idiot. I hadn't even paid for the skates yet. I didn't know the process. The manager told me they still needed to be sharpened. They were nice enough to do that after close and the guy doing the sharpening was cool. But I was still really disappointed and felt stupid. Everyone in the hockey community has been cool up until this point. Very discouraging. Here is the kicker. I was just sitting there. Prime customer for gear. You could have sold me waxed laces, orthotics, pads, helmet, Anything! Im super new to the sport and definitely could have used the help. Easy sales. I will be going to the other store the guys recommended in Anaheim and probably play it again or online. Why would I ever go back to MonkeySports?!?
