Once you get there, there are additional signs directing you to the correct area, and the counter is clearly marked for Amazon returns only although you'll still see some people mistakenly trying to return Kohl's items there. The staff upstairs are usually friendly and helpful. One tip: make sure you already have your Amazon return code ready in the app before you get to the counter. It keeps the line moving and saves you from fumbling while others are waiting. I was in search of a Panama style or similar men's hat and found an excellent selection. The proprietor was adept at his craft and juggled several customers artfully while moving among his considerable stock of wares. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the place being a bit on a schedule (but then it would have cost me dearly as my wife was eyeing several selections). I found what I was looking for, and we scurried away to our event with smiles on. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by!
