Not sure what kind of scam they are running but every time I try to buy a wig they say there are none left and try to sell you the messed up wig on the mannequin head. One of the best beauty supply stores I've ever been to!! I bought around 6 pairs of high quality lashes for only $1.99 each! They've lasted me quite a while now and they have the biggest selection to choose from. I'm never buying lashes from Sephora, Sally's, Target, etc. and coming straight here. I also got a 3 pair set of hoop earrings for only $1.99 too! They also carry L.A. Pro Girl, NYX Cosmetics, and many other affordable brands here. I would come here to buy the hair products too because they have a bigger section in the store just for hair! You could probably find everything beauty-related you need here for an affordable price. Can't say enough good things about this beauty supply store. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted. I asked for what I needed and was brought to it. They have an abundance of different hair types, colors and lengths to buy. They have wigs, attachments, hair for braiding, weaves and numerous accessories. I saw a wig for $39.99 displayed. I tried it on. Loved the style and cut. I asked the gentleman to get it in the colors i wanted. He did so and brought them to the counter. Another gentleman rings them up for $49.99 each. As he tells me my total i added $39.99 plus $39.99 didn't add up to what he was charging me. They called over the owner and she says the correct price is on the package not on the actual wig. I tried in the wig because of the price then the style. I'm totally upset at the fact that she wouldn't give me the price It was listed as. It was not my error. Their customer service sucks so bad. I will not be back!!!! read more

I try to support local business when I can. I found the wig I wanted and ask for it in Black. At, 6:00 p.m. in the dim store lighting it indeed looked black. When I got home and tried it on again, it was brown. Of course, they don't take wigs back once you leave the store. I am very disappointed to be stuck with at $40+ wig. I called them in advance to confirm the time they closed they said 6 and to also make sure they had what I wanted because I was commuting from fairfield to get to them. They have such a huuuuuuge selection of wigs & extensions. If I needed it, I know where to go. But I was blessed with naturally thick & long hair ;) They don't only sell wigs & hair, they also sell make-up & jewelry. They have a crapload of Hello Kitty stuff, it's sorta ridic coming from a HK maniac, that says alot. lol. They have a lot of treatments & special stuff for hair. OH! They have all different kinds of hair appliances to choose from, & tons of brands. I agree with Yelper, Bianca U. when she says that they are super worried about theft. Staff are fair to moderate in their customer service based on my experience--sometimes they are very helpful, other times the information they give on their delivery/stock seems sketchy. I found out about Divas through a friend & when I went instantly noticed the large selection of hair products to hair to cosmetic jewelry. I have been a customer here for about 5 years. I loved this place so much until yesterday. I am so disappointed. I drive one hour just to go to this store. As soon as I walked in yesterday, i was not greeted like I usually am. The only person I saw working was an Asian girl with HORRIBLE customer service. I asked her for help and it seemed like she was not interested in helping me. It also seemed like she did not want to sell things to me. She did not go out of her way to find what I was looking for. Divas has a huge selection, I can browse for days in here! However while I was doing my usual browsing, some older black lady was yelling at this poor girl (her coworker) in front of the customers and even cut the girl off as she was helping someone. It was completely unprofessional and down right rude! The woman couldn't just take her to the side and tell her quietly after the young girl finished helping her customer. Anyways aside from that horrible shopping experience, I will still come back for the stuff, not so much for that older woman. read more

This place is great I have been here a few times now. The have tons of wigs and extensions even clip on ponytails for a great price. They have real hair wigs around 300$ and synthetic around 40$. The ponytails are around 15-20$. My friend bought 22" clip ins for her weddings in knee and light brown highlights. I think 22" is the longest they have for the clip ins. They have all sorts of hair products from oils gels to brushes and wig caps even hair jewelry and other jewelry. The staff is awesome always smiling and friendly.
