When one of the salon owners claims that she is a perfectionist and has the audacity to charge $1750 for a hair extensions installation but was lazy and mediocre with her work. Never got the advertised include haircut and was not given new hair wefts that would match my natural hair texture/density. Showed the damage to multiple salons and all agreed this was bad work. Plot twist: I had the hair wefts removed and another salon confirmed the hair was not priced as high as claimed when checking the hair brand site. Detailed inspections of each piece indicate it's possible that these were just scraps of hair that they had leftover versus buying me brand new packs as advertised. Hindsight is 20/20; always ask your stylist more questions when something feels off, your stylist should be willing to explain all the ins and outs in detail before you commit to something like this. I should've never proceeded when the red flags started showing up and it's never a good sign if the stylist says "I like to do whatever's easiest and less work for me." Yes, I think everyone can see that now based on these photos. Thankful for my credit card company reviewing all the evidence I provided to get my refund. read more

To all future customers, my wife came in and made an appointment. They gathered up her information. Got her email ,credit card to make of reservation. They were so busy. They never gave us a cancellation charge policy or email in regards or a bulletin in their store policy .This business requires a cancellation of out of 24 hours . if anything is less than that you will be subject, to be charged ,considerably of the amount 50% of charge per estimated So if you're getting $60 haircut and $200 hair color change it adds up to :$300 . My wife was subject to $150 charge right out of your credit card no preauthorization .I feel this is ridiculous if you make a walk in appointment with 24 hours reservation appointment instead of online with no regarding information costs I feel this is bad for business practice .I would not even put a star on this business. I've been going to Jen for over 5 years and can say with confidence that my hair has going from a destroyed crunchy over bleached mess (from other hairdressers) to a smooth, healthy, longest it's ever been, beautiful mane. The full Keratin treatment has done wonder for my thick, stubborn, curly hair. I get compliments on how healthy and long my hair is often. She has showed me how to curl my hair and has excellent products that absolutely work on my hair and I'm not paying ridiculous prices for the products. My son will only allow Jen to cut his hair and he loves it. My daughter enjoys Jens bubbly attitude and kindness (and snacks of course!). Beware! I went to this salon because I was driving out of town to have my hair done exactly how I wanted. I really wanted to find a local salon. Much to my surprise the stylist Anna, one of the owners, did exactly what SHE WANTED. I walked in with blond highlights. I told her I wanted blonde touch ups but she changed my hair color completely without asking me first but proceeded with her own agenda. IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR make sure if you must go here that they are listening to you and not their own likes and dislikes. You're a paying customer and deserve to leave a salon happy and not the other way around. A BEAUTICIANS JOB IS NOT TO GO SOLO BUT ITS WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS AND DESIRES. IF THEY CANT PRODUCE THEN THEY NEED TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW WITHOUT saying it's by trial and error to achieve what she wants. What horse dung. SAYING ITS BY TRIAL AND ERROR WHICH IS SUCH BULL A CUSTOMER DOESNT Want to pay for a flop and leave majorly disappointed. It is professionalism and good practice to listen and do as the customer wants. Hope this salon learns to listen to the customer. Real customer service comes with Listening to the customer first. I was very much disappointed and sorry I chose them. But I now feel their reviews are shady after having my hair done at this shop. My daughter also went and she was so upset for dropping $265.00 for what was supposed to be full blonde highlights and a cut only to have her blonde highlights removed and her hair darkened (it's no longer blonde) - exactly the opposite of what she asked for. This is all while the stylist told her how much she loved her own blonde hair. Sounds very twisted. Now, we're headed back to our regular stylist to have this ugly mess fixed and actually get our highlights done properly. Don't waste your money getting your hair done how they want. There are way better salons out there who actually listen and want to make the customer happy. 1 star is too many - 0 stars is more accurate.
