As a former college athlete, he brings a deep level of knowledge--not just in building strength and fitness, but also in injury management, recovery, and long-term sustainability. That expertise shows up in every session. As an athlete in my mid-40s with my fair share of injuries and the wear and tear that comes with age and life, David has been very helpful. He has helped me stay consistent, get stronger, and avoid setbacks. What really sets him apart is how attentive and adaptable he is. He adjusts workouts on the fly based on how you're feeling that day, while still challenging you in the right ways. The gym is set up ergonomically with the direct tvs above the machines so you do not hunch when working out. Steve introduced us to his own versions of lifting and stretching that produce more precise results than traditional activities. He was able to isolate certain muscles more accurately and even added in some humor while we did our reps. There are lots of different machines and weights and the room is airy and well ventilated so you are comfortable.
