I enjoyed it then, and I recently after a renewed desire to get back into the flow, I revisited this new location, and loved it so much, I'm now here nearly 3-4 times a week. Some of my favorite teachers so far: - Irina Vaysfeld - Irina teaches Level 1, and 1.5/2 flow classes. I find her teaching style conscientious and invigorating. - Regan Mozingo - Regan teaches 1.5 flow. Regan does not take things too seriously, and her class is always a fun time. Every class I've taken of her's has included some much desired upside down time, and she is a talented singer and sings to us during Shavasana. - Christine LaMonica - Christine is the owner, and her classes are what made me fall in love with Prema Yoga in the first place. - Erika Kleinman - Erika's classes are fun, and push me to my edge - often what I need. - Kellie Pulce - I just finished what was basically a private class with Kellie during her weekly 5:30 - 6:30 pm 1.5 flow. Because it was just me she really pushed me so some of what we did was definitely more like 2.0 flow. There should definitely be more bodies in this class on a weekly basis - Kellie is fantastic! If you like yoga and are in the area, Prema Yoga is a great little studio to check out! Note: There's a new student special of $59 unlimited yoga for 30 days, and donation-based yoga with new Yoga Teachers on Sundays at 12:30 PM. And there's parking in the back!

I have been to Paula and Ksenia's restore classes and I both loved it when I went both times. I love tat the instructors are so gentle and kind to teach you instead of intimidate you. Would try other classes but I am still scared as to I'm a beginner at yoga. They have an amazing staff as well, clean, and really such a gentle and kind vibe in there.

It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She wasn't helpful at all with making modifications so that I could get through the class. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her. I left feeling really disappointed and very out of place, this was not a welcoming experience.

I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love. The studio is clean and I can slowly feel my strength building and body changing. Remember to book your classes at least a week out as classes fill up quick!

Wendy is the first yoga teacher I ever had, and I have been attending her classes for over 10 years now. Wendy is so caring, thoughtful, and gentle in her yoga classes, and as a person. Wendy will often have a mantra, or theme, that she discusses throughout the class, and it never fails to amaze me how directly that mantra often connects to a specific issue I have been struggling with in my life. In terms of poses, Wendy always starts in a base pose, and adds on optional modifications from there. I have an old back injury that I keep in check with yoga, and I always feel safe and protected in Wendy's classes. I greatly look forward to each class with Wendy and cannot recommend her and her classes enough.

I came in after sitting on my couch for 3 years during the pandemic, so out of shape I could barely walk without huffing and puffing. I was 68 years old. I took a trial class and then signed up for 1 month immediately after. The difference is that my depression & mood has greatly improved. I feel inspired by the classes and the other members in class. My stamina has grown and my body is so much stronger and healthier. My posture is better.. instead of being hunched over, I can now stand up straight and walk with confidence. My balance is way better too. The mind/body approach here works for me and learning about one's energy is wonderful. I love the classes and have grown to have more patience & understanding with my body. We have so much fun in class and I love that we have members of all ages. I highly recommend Body and Brain Valley and want to thank the center manager, Annette, the assistant center manager Irene and instructor Priscilla for their guidance and inspiration.

I am a regular at Out Back Yoga and attend most if not all of her events & workshops. Kim is also an Auyerveda Practioner and we have been working together integrating the Auyerveda lifestyle that works for me. I have learned so much from Kim. She really does take her time helping you with your asanas, making sure that you are aligned properly. I use to look at yoga as just an excerise since I have been attending classes and workshops here, my out look on yoga is so much deeper than just poses. I went in on the 9th of this month to try Pilates for the first time in a very long time. Walked into an empty studio and it was only her and I. I was a bit surprised that there were no other students there and I even told her. So basically it was a one on one session that started at 5:30pm. Alizul was very good at her job for only being there since middle of May. Took her time for me to follow her lead and instructions. The pace level was also great! They offer classes which include the following: Yoga, Pilates, Kyudo, Tai Chi, Laido (sword drawing), for adults, children, teens and seniors. When I walked in, Alizul made me sign a waiver for liability purposes and few other forms. Really enjoyed her class, technique, and style. Lee, who is the owner of this studio, has over 4 decades of experience in marshal arts. I didn't meet her personally, but later she sent me a text message apologizing for one of their instructors by the name of Keri. We were on our way out and Keri had a class coming in. We didn't take any of her time, but she was rude and unprofessional by saying "we have a class right now" I truly think she was having a senior moment or a bad day. They take all method of payments, has a gender neutral restrooms, street and private lot parking space. The class for an hour was $20.00 which was FANTASTIC!! Studio was super clean and fully equipped with all the amenities that you need for your classes. Thank you Lee, Alizul, and North Valley Aikikai. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested of taking any one of their classes. If I lived near by, I would become a regular member.
