He then lied to me that it has been shipped, that was over a week ago. Last time he kept my machine 4 weeks while he was out of Florida working his main job. I do recommend this shop to anyone. They do not treat you like a person who spent 12k for a Bernina 590 machine. I had 2 orders for designs that I had to cancel since my machine is still being held hostage. I will never buy anything nor will my machine ever set foot in that store. It will go to Tops for any further issue.

This studio was able to save it, so grateful as it was our favorite wedding photo and it's great. By the way that picture was 41 years old and would have devastated us if we couldn't preserve it. They also took a 5X7 picture of my son's wedding and blew it up to 3 8X10's so I could give them to the bride and groom as a gift and the other one to his younger brother, also in the photo. The prices for all this was definitely extremely reasonable as I actually expected it to be more expensive. I was so completely satisfied with their work.
