Over the past two months, I've visited Office Depot on Pine Island with the intention of using the shipping services. Unfortunatel, on each occasion the shipping system was "down". It's highly disappointing to walk into a store expecting a basic service only to leave with my package again. I made the mistake to order something from Office Depot online. I ordered a rolling briefcase on Dec 11 2024, They told me it would be delivered by Dec 20. When Dec 20 passed I attempted to get a tracking number, no luck. On Monday called the store, was told that was OPD Corp problem. Went back online in their chat was was told they would check. Well then I am told it will be delivered on Dec 31, two days later ai am told it will be Jan 3. No apology, no discount. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again. read more

I have had to stop in a couple times in the past couple weeks and have had the kindest most professional young ladies help me ! Ashley Supervisor and Jeily Service Advisor help me ! Hope Office Depot notices what great workers they are because I have had a couple workers in the past who were dismissive and didn't know how to do the tasks I needed donr such as scanning and emailing. After, leaving Staples and coming to a store I use to work at and knowing a lot about the products; I was pretty excited to come in. Once entering no one greeted us and just like Staples everyone just stood in one spot at the front of the store. So, we headed to the laptops luckily they had prices on theirs which was great. After, circling around that area for a bit and looking around at other stuff I came to the conclusion that maybe the businesses here don't see customers the way others see them. I don't know because when I worked for this company there were someone who stood by the door greeting every customer. Unless you knew what you wanted and didn't need help everyone was being helped. It's a bit disappointing to see this but what can you do! We decided to leave, oh well! I guess in a situation like that you just take your business elsewhere for me it was Amazon! read more

Do Not use tbis office. This review is for the FedEx office inside the Office Depot. I gave them one star because there was a person at the desk, but it actually would have been better if there wasn't. Then I would have went somewhere else. I needed an overnight delivery no later than noon. He first rang everything up and said "It will be delivered before end of day ". I reiterated that it absolutely had to be there by noon. He deleted that order and created a new one. I asked again about delivery by noon and he said "yes". As I sit here a day later, at 4:22pm, it is still not delivered. Calling FedEx accomplished absolutely nothing and they refused to refund. DO NOT use this office for your important shipping needs. read more

Came here to drop of a fed ex package. One guy behind the counter by the printers and two other employees behind the cash register with no line. The guy by the printing had a long line while the other two employees did not help. when I asked for some assistants the guy said nobody else can help there. Horrible customer service. I would complain but I think one is the manager so I doubt it would go anywhere... the I don't care attitude is pretty apparent. read more

Most of the time it's an okay place to buy office supplies when I can't wait for Amazon. Today, I needed a printer basically they marked prices on the wrong products... they didn't honor it and gave me attitude. I left and then ordered the same printer on amazon for the price I wanted with out the drama of bait and switch tactics. read more

I went into the store to find an external webcam. After looking through the store, an associate told me they were located behind the register. I told the associate that we needed the webcam so my son could take an online exam for school. The associate asked if we needed it for streaming, we said no, just taking the exam. We were shown 1 webcam. When I asked to see the other webcam, I was told that was not what I needed. I insisted on seeing the other option so I could compare them. There was no pricing visible. The associate mentioned the first one he showed me was good for streaming, I again said we were not streaming, just using it for a test. As I was reading the backs of both packages, he kept talking over me telling the person at the register which webcam I needed. I ended up spending 50% more on an item that was much more than what I needed, or asked for. I felt unheard, minimized, and not valued as a customer. I will not be returning to this store. read more

The Office Depot Copy center in Cape Coral is horrible. Waiting over an hour to get my color copies. Later they told me that they couldn't find the images that I sent to them on their website. I came back later and they told me that they only found one b/w copy...but I sent them 4 images. So then the manager there told me to email him the job directly and that he would call me by the end of the day......Waited waited and waited. So later I called the store...put me on hold for 20 mins. This is the second time that they have messed up my order. Staples have always been much better. Avoid going to the place to get any kind of copies. read more

Interesting store. A third of the store is now PCs, but they don't have any in stock. They will check each on in turn with their cute handheld thingy, telling you each time, "nope". If its on the shelf, they have it, and the tech advice is, well, wrong. But hey, its an outpost in the wilderness, not a big city. If they have it, you got it that day. Holy crap literally waited almost 1 hour to get blue prints . Printed they have 6-7 people walking around not even helping customers-1 cashier doing everything. Like WtF worse service ever. Then they want to charge to scan & print each document. But when you email it it's free . I had to ask instead of the worker actually letting me know hey can you email it it can be cheaper! Stopped in to print off one document, was told we had to send it to the store's email address and then the guy that was helping us walked away and didn't return to help. There was about 10 employees working and 3 total customers in the store and still had no one help us after that. Pretty frustrating process for only needing a page printed out. read more
