I dissolved my company in 2023 and My Corporation has continued to charge me to " file" my (closed) companies paperwork in 2024, 2025 and again this year in 2026. I have called the past two years trying to get this corrected and my money back for services not being rendered and they state they will send money back and resolve the issue and they do not. They have now been ignoring my calls and will not even respond. This is a fraudulent company running some kind of SCAM. read more

I had absolutely the worst customer service nightmare I have ever encountered doing business with this company. I initially used them which went somewhat smoothly. During that process I had to provide banking information to pay them. But after that they kept charging my bank account for work they did not do the next year. When I contacted them it took over a month for them to research it even though I had the documents showing I had paid for these fees myself and hey had not paid for anything but we're charging my bank account. They admitted it was an error and kept saying they would send me a refund but I never did receive it even after repeated calls to check on the status. Followup: Requested a refund on Sept 18, 2020. Was told that they would provide a full refund without the cancellation fee. Contacted them again on Oct 17th, 2020 asking about my refund. Still nothing. November 15th, 2020 told them I'm going to go through my credit card company to get my refund. No response, had to file a chargeback. This time my cc company informed me MyCorporation is now charging me a $50 cancellation fee instead of the original $25. This compsny us beyond shady. LIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I regrettably fell for the fake high ranked reviews this company has on all the other review sites. I have never been so mistreated by an employee from a Corporation such as this one. Bryan H. was my sales representative. After explaining to him that I needed an LLC not a DBA and mentioned I could just cancel my order and replace it.. He immediately (within 20 minutes) charges me instead and advises me it would be easiest if he just gave me the full refund of $141 and attached an LLC form to complete for my convenience (So I Thought). I haven't even completed the DBA form at this time. Would have been easier and more convenient had he Not charged me at all! But they clearly work off sales so of course he wanted to lock in the price as soon as possible. Two or three days goes by and still no refund posted. I decided to call in and spoke with Bryan. This is when he decided to tell me there was going to be a $25 cancellation fee. I explained how I wouldn't be in this situation had he not charged me in the first place and how I was never told about the $25 cancellation fee prior to this call. He just rudely spoke over me "There's no way around it.. I have to charge the cancellation fee." and "When you fill out the form I will give you your refund." and hung up on me. I sent him an email stating I did not appreciate him hanging up on me... and this was his response.. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hang up on you. I couldn't hear you after a couple seconds." I was in the middle of talking so that's not possible. Also, a couple of seconds?? And no, "Hello? Are you there?" That is Unacceptable behavior. In fact, speaking to the "Director of Operations" Dana, about the situation, did not make things any better either. It was blatantly obvious she had no care in the world for his actions nor was going to make any attempt to rectify the situation. In fact the entire time I was explaining what happened she was huffing and puffing on the phone as if she had somewhere else better to be. All in all I was promised by MyCorporation that I was getting a Full Refund and of course did Not. I DO NOT recommend this business to Anyone. Buyers Beware! read more

By far one of the worst customer service experiences to date. They were hired to file for one State ID number. During the application process they "didn't receive" my emails after I sent and resent the information three times (while all other parties cc'd on the emails confirmed receipt). When questioned about the length which the process was taking, they provided excuses that the State was taking "longer than expected" to respond. However when I called directly to the State office over two months after the application was reported to have been filed, the State had no record of ever receiving the application. Too many delays, excuses and outright lies to be worth any kind of cost for the service provided. read more

Caution - Do not use MyCorporation if you are setting up a PLLC. They are probably very good for LLCs. The customer service was good, but they were incapable of realizing that with a PLLC there might be additional steps with the state governing boards. Their instructions were unclear or incomplete several times. The process took nearly 2 months to complete. Looking back, I would have saved a lot of time doing it myself. read more
