It was EXTREMELY stressful, but the second I met Brian and his wife, I knew we were in good hands. She kindly took us to fetch some food at a nearby food stop while Brian went to work finding the part we needed to continue our trip. We had been swindled at a mechanic back in Denver, CO a few day ago - the part that broke on our car was the same one that was replaced back in Denver. Brian called them and tried to get them to stand behind their mistake, but they didn't. I am beyond grateful for the work they do, and for what they did for us. They checked on us to make sure we made it to Portland. If I'm ever in the area again, we're stopping by to say hello. The car hasn't given us any issues related to the work they did since. I thought for sure I had a bad wheel bearing, and I told them as much. He called back and said that "my bearings are fine, and all I was missing is a tie rod" and he fixed it for a fair price, and had it done that same day, so I wasn't out of a car anymore than one day. Especially when he could have also charged me for a wheel bearing replacement, and I would have been none the wiser. Best Auto shop in Ontario, hands down. Thanks Cones! I'm sure I'll be back!... Just hopefully I don't have to come back anytime soon.

They fixed my alternator in an hour and I was ready to go by noon Saturday! The service there was very helpful, nice, and easy to talk to. They knew what you they were talking about and weren't above explaining it to someone who didn't know anything about this. Keith, the man who worked on my car, was fantastic and went about making sure I got the best service as fast as possible because he knew I wanted to get out of there. I will recommend this place to anyone in or out of town as a place that will treat you nice and try their hardest to get you in as soon as possible.

These people are quick, they are good at what they do, and they treat you with respect and consideration. I made an appointment, they got me an immediately, and they worked with me with some things I wanted to try to repair before I had to spend several hundred dollars on another repair. They were very nice, very accommodating, and just overall good people. They started their business about a year ago, and they're so busy right now it takes several days to get in. But they are absolutely a #1 choice for me. I live 25 or 30 miles from them, but they will be doing my work on my vehicle from this point forward. Very satisfied!
