He showed up exactly on time and immediately put me at ease. The problem turned out to be a bit trickier than originally guessed but he worked quickly and calmly and had it solved and fixed within the hour. His professionalism and calm intelligent manner was very welcome in a stressful moment and I was very impressed with his quality work. While he was there I asked him for a quote so I could knock a few things off of my homeowner wish list. He gave me a fair price and we agreed on a time for his return. We tried countless times to get them out here. Phone, text, emails, even speaking with him on a few occasions where he said he'd "send someone right out". Everything went unanswered, so after almost an entire year of trying, we had no choice but to give business to another reputable company that had the job quoted and completed in a week. While we understand time, labor, weather constraints, the lack of communication and follow through with Commercial Paving left us feeling as though the job didn't have a high enough price tag, so we were pushed aside.

Awful tiling of backsplash. Jason brought Mike and a 20 yr old to retrieve tools. He did not bring…read morea tile cutter (tool). He did not do the work, just directed Mike. He left to go buy a tile cutter and a bucket of thin set. Stated full day price was $1260. They left after 5 hrs and he asked for $1360 stating it was for the supplies! I paid it stupidly. A few days later Mike and the boy returned to finish tiling and grout. I guess he went from tool retriever to tiler/grouter. The grouting was a mess, my brand new quartz had 1/2" grout along the edge, lumps everywhere, thick lines overlapping the tile. Not up to cabinets. Did not finish and said they would be back, and they needed $630 for 1/2 day. I gave them $530 and told them to let Jason know I over paid $100 last time, as I shouldn't pay for his tile cutter that he should have brought to the job. They never returned to finish. I had another tiler come and tell me he's never seen such a terrible job and so overpriced! Beware!
