I recently had an exam at this office, and when it was my scheduled time, I was seen. I didn't have to wait an obnoxious amount of time, and the team was great. The other thing I love about this office is the fact that you can order contacts through them and get them the next day. Very often with my laziness I ride out my contacts until it is too late, and I always know that I can get a new box quickly at this office. The staff here is amazing, and they are always willing to help you out in a pinch!

The owner is simply a genius with a heart of gold. Ten years ago the cheap glasses I had bought were fixed for free and when I needed new glasses, I decided to return to the nice man who had fixed my cheap glasses for free. He fitted me perfectly for progressive lenses and those lenses saved my vision. Can you get cheaper glasses somewhere else? No. You simply cannot, because hour for hour of wear these are absolutely the most cost effective, comfortable, and in my case safest available. The staff are extremely talented, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. There are roughly 24,000 waking hours in a four year period. If you invest less than a half penny for each of those hours you more than cover any premium you would save going to McGlasses or McGlasses.com and you will have the finest glasses available. How ugly are the faces in your life or boring the books you read or bland the flowers you look at that you would even think of not investing in the best for your eyes?

At The General Store, you can find, generally, everything else, including Art you didn't know you needed. I suppose the candy is a reliable reason for my visit, so let's suppose you don't have a sweet tooth. Behind, surrounding you, and on both sides, is a wide variety of foods, oils, snacks, tools, fashion, entertainment, toys, some of these for your pets, and then some. It's for this reason that The General Store is also home to local events, and makes space for art showings in the section opposite gifts, foods, and diversions, and the art is diverse and marvelous. This cozy spot in the corner of the shopping plaza places you near other necessities, such as activities, classes, ice cream (Herrel's), restaurants, and more. Largely, I can imagine The General Store being a monthly or even biweekly as a destination, since events come often and candy runs out. It befits the Massachusetts regional culture, letting you get access to local farmer's cropshares, ice cream even in winter, and clean bathrooms. I think I even saw an authentic barrel™ in here! They also have art supplies for sketching, drawing, painting, etc. The first day I visited, I was helped by Anthony. The second time Shannon was super helpful, along with Manny, the sweet pup! The third time, Lewis helped me. Every staff member was genuinely happy to be working here and it made it a very pleasant shopping experience. I'd stay away from him if you are female. I have filed a formal complaint dt the nature of the circumstances due to them refusing to do anything about it after I brought it to a female doctor's attention and the office manager.
