It is impossible to call the store directly. It reroutes to a national call center with a minimum 15 minute hold time, only for them to offer to take a message to send back to the store. Live chat is a 'bot' that refers me to their website which refers me to the bot, or to the phone number for customer service. It's maddening. I went to another place about two years ago and they blamed the medication I was on for my bad eye sight and belchertown eye care immediately went through every OTHER reason why I could be lacking. The lady at the front desk was very attentive, told me that it would be $110 for the exam BUT insurance will cover an amount of it I would just have it sent out. (she gave me a letter and all to send it out) As well as she measured where my eyes and ears sit so its comfortable. When I paid I left a deposit for my glasses (I was given option) and she showed the price break down. Sadly, I do not remember her name but the lady who did my eye exam was TOP tier, she worked for surgeons before and was checking for EVERYTHING when I say everything I mean everything. She was very educated and would ask if I wanted to see what the pictures and devices were doing. They have brand new technology so she explained what each one does now and any questions were answered immediately. PLEASE go they're amazing !
