Do not recommend! Been getting my glasses here for years. Had an exam and prescribed new lenses. Brought frames in for lenses to be put into with me to my appointment. I was told they were not needed. A few days later I get a call saying they need the frames! I live 25 miles away and am working when they're open. Needless to say, I had to take time off of work. Took time off for the appointment, now to bring frames and soon to pick up frames. It cost me a lot of money. They finally apologized after I made mention that they couldn't even apologize. My father ordered glasses after hisnpup chewed his up. There was an issue with lens product at the lab and a miscommunication occured. After several weeks I called office and got very frustrated. That let me to call the corp office and file a complaint. Within 15m of that call the local manager called me and offered assistance my dad had new bifocals within a week at no charge to get him through until his trifocals were done. I couls not have asked for better service and the relief of not feeling like we had to find a new eye doctor as we love our docs there. Julie went above and beyond to solve the problem and educate her staff of the importance of communication with customers in a timely manner.
