This place is a joke. I went here to get some contacts for the first time, and they didn't even put me through any training. When the contacts finally came in. They handed them to me in a ziploc back and told me to have a good day... the contacts were also extremely uncomfortable. I went to the one off of wade green. Much better service. read more

This place, to be frank, is just not good. Their hours change so often to the point that I can't even pick up my glasses. They NEVER pick up the phone when you try calling and the actual building they're in is clearly an old house they somehow turned into a glasses shop. This was by far one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. I would strongly encourage the office to review the recorded calls from our appointment day (April 14 at 4:04 PM). At no point was I told that I needed to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment or any of my appointments. On Appointment day April 18th at 220 PM, I called ahead to let them know I was stuck in traffic--something completely out of my control--and was reassured by a lady staff member that as long as I arrived within the 10-minute grace period, all three of us (myself, my husband, and our child) would be seen. We had the last three appointments of the day: 2:20, 2:40, and 3:00 PM. At that moment I was 8 minutes away I arrived and walked through the front door at exactly 2:30 PM, and the moment I stepped to the counter, I was met not with understanding, but with an aggressive and loud confrontation from a man who came from the back office. He stated that one of us would not be seen because we were "past the grace period." When I pointed out that it was 2:31 PM by the time we were even discussing it, and that a single minute should not warrant this reaction--especially considering we had called ahead and were the last patients of the day--he continued in a loud, aggressive tone, saying it was the doctor's decision because the doctor was "leaving early today." At that point, I asked for our records and told the staff that none of us would be seen. If the office couldn't show grace or basic empathy, I didn't want to remain under their care. The man loudly told the other front desk staff to "give her what she wants and she can go," before stomping away. I was given three out of four of our records and we left. Yes, I was short in my response at the end and did say they were being B&*^hes, which I should of held my tongue. I'm a parent, a FT working mom, a business owner and a decent human. This could have completely been avoided, but was now hostile all because of a lack of communication and a total absence of empathy from the staff. My 10-year-old son, who's been experiencing an issue with his eye, asked if we would go somewhere else, and I assured him that we would--because we deserve to be treated with basic respect. For what it's worth, Dr. Fury has always been kind in the past. But the front office seriously needs training in customer service and compassion. Healthcare is a service industry--one built on trust, care, and understanding. This experience showed none of those things. I would highly NOT Recommend! read more

Sixes Road location in Canton, Georgia. Will not go back. Great doctor, horrible customer service from front GM Craig and staff. I gave it three years and each year same experience from this location. Not friendly or helpful and made me feel like I was a burden. read more

Hours of operation are an issue in my opinion. However, their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with frames I ordered and was not happy. They went the extra mile in correcting. The frames I replaced with were not only at no cost, but the lenses were also replaced to fit the new frames at no cost to me. This was done quickly and without question. My daughter took off from college to get to an appointment and was 10 min late because of an accident on 575 with a 18 wheeler accident involving a death. She was turned away from her appointment and the doctor refused to see her. Needless to say , I've spent thousands of dollars with MyEyeDr and they will no longer get any business from me again nor from my family. What a way to be customer oriented. Will NOT be going back. They schedule you for a 9am appointment but yet when you get there, no doctors are there or front desk. I don't start signing paperwork till 915 just for her to let me know that the tech called out and will have to reschedule. Will not have my business again. read more

My children are current patients at the canton location. Unfortunately we are needing school resources to purchase their glasses. This office already sent my children's exam and prescription information to the school but the nurse still needed their facial measurements. The general manager (who was in office that day- big fat guy) refused to let my children (again current patients) have their faces measured so school resources could help us. After leaving very upset (my kids NEED TO SEE) I called the school nurse and told them what happened. They told me they've NEVER had an optometrist deny their patients measurements for glasses. Don't waste your time going to this place. I made an appointment online 2 weeks ago, then 3 days before my appointment I received a text asking me to press 1 to confirm my appointment and today I left work early to be there in time. The receptionist said that not just I didn't have an appointment but they didn't have any info of me in the system, even though I was showing the snapshots for my appointment and the text I received from them. I went to this practice 6 years ago and had a pretty awful experience with one of their doctors, she was really unpolite to the lady before me and then proceeded to do the same with me, really odd. I made the mistake to give them another chance and surely won't happen ever again. Don't waste your time with this one, there are plenty of well run practices out there. My appointment was with the one located off Sixes Rd. but I wouldn't trust any location and surely shouldn't trust them with my eyes. read more

Wish the website would indicate the hours that the office closes for lunch. Drove a long distance to pick up lenses based on the Open hours listed on the website only to read a note on the door indicating closed for lunch until 2:00pm. read more

This location has had it's struggles but has since really turned things around. They staff was very friendly and super helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and good at walking me through the process. read more

The prescription they wrote based on my eye exam was not accurate. Since I couldn't find frames there I went somewhere else but used the prescription from My Eye Dr. It was inaccurate to the point that my vision was blurry. I had another eye exam elsewhere and got a usable prescription. read more
