She is also very time efficient without rushing the eye exam process at all, which has typically been the case for me with other doctors that want to get you in and out. I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. When I called the eye clinic they were unaware of this told me they will get back to me but received no call. Almost a month have past and I still have no answer, I still have to wait fir the third party to figure out if I owe something from one year ago.

I don't need same day, same week appointments but need an office that can accommodate an appointment within the next month. My contact lenses fitting last year was to the point of comical. We had to go through several different brands and strengths to find one that worked. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.
