I explained to him that I had the prescription with me but it unfortunately got blown away because it was a windy day. I asked him to let her look and I would email a copy of her prescription over and order over the phone. This was the worst experience. He refused even though I knew all of the numbers pertaining to her prescription including pupillary distance. This seemed very prejudiced to me. I would not recommend this business as they do not seem to like minorities. Very disappointing.
