Very inconvenient. First of all, they have a "lab" on site but my very mild prescriptions can never be made there. So, they tell me they will I can come pick up the 2 pairs of glasses in 7-10 days. I said I'd like them shipped to me as I don't have time to come back and they said they would. 3 days later I get a text in the morning saying my glasses are ready. I call and the lab tech that answers say he's the one that sent the text. I say, never mind the shipping, some time opened up and I'll come and pick them up. He says OK. I get there after work and only one pair is ready. The lady says "they send a text for each pair of glasses." I asked why they would tell me to come pick up one and not tell me the other is not ready. That makes no sense. She repeats "They send a text for each pair as they come in." What a complete waste of time. Oh, and even though the eye doctor is attached to them they are not affiliated so my prescription isn't viewable online. read more

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received here. My daughter failed her school eye exam and needed to get seen quickly. I appreciated the same day appointment options and the ease of scheduling online. I had to call and move the appointment and it was done quickly and in a friendly manner. The doctor was adorable and so sweet to my kiddo. It was like hanging out with your grandpa. Getting glasses was an amazingly easy and fun experience thanks to Malik and Tamika. My daughter was trying to pick out a pair, Malik picked THE perfect pair and they both helped her to decide which she liked best. I had an appointment at the end of the day. Traffic was bad on I-75 on my way there, and because I live an hour away this made me less than 15 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrived the doctor had just walked out the door for the day. There was no communication from the office that he would be leaving or cancelling the appointment. The usual policy is a 15 minute grace period on appointment cancellations - or at the very least a call. I have never had a doctor just leave the whole office after being 10 minutes behind. Especially during rush hour traffic. The receptionist informed me that the doctor had just left and that she would call him to return. He refused and said I can reschedule. After driving an hour just to see him I would have expected more consideration - especially since I am an existing patient. I am very disappointed and it was a waste of time. Especially when as patients we're expected to wait around all day when doctors are running behind. read more

Great service, after reading the reviews I was a little iffy about going, But I had a great experience with lens crafters, I got new glasses since they had a sale going for memorial day, and there in house lab was amazing I got my glasses within a couple of hours. read more

After having a complication with a laser procedure done on my left eye I was unable to wear contacts and my current glasses prescription was too old to be effective to see. Gerald and Stephanie or more than accommodating to help me get my lenses fitted with new frames. Their kindness and generosity were very comforting and a stressful time. Along with the lab technician who I believe was named Tyler and Tiffany at the Montgomery rd store(store9). Thank you all for your outstanding customer service and care dealing with my on the spot needs. I cannot recommend these people more or the stores they are located at. Big thumbs up. read more

Made an appointment online, checked the box that said I did not have insurance paying for it, self pay. Received a phone call on the morning of my appointment saying they checked my insurance and my insurance didn't pay for it in a very snotty voice. I told them I had indicated that I was self pay and never submitted my insurance to for them to check. The woman spoke in a very nasty tone. Told me the eye exam was going to be 149.00 which would have been fine since I've been going there every two years for the past 20 years and always paid for my exam . I told her to cancel, since they were rude. Plenty of optometrist who can use the business, rather give my money to a local business than a chain!! read more

How apathetic can a service provider be? And it was the manager who addressed my girlfriend in the most uncaring unprofessional way! Here's what happened. My girlfriend flew in from NC for the Labor Day weekend and somehow broke her glasses at the bridgeX. Snapped into two pieces while she was cleaning them. She's very near-sighted and would in noway be able to drive or function without her glasses. So we went online to see which nearby carrier would be covered by her insurance. Awesome we thought! We found LensCrafters at the Cincy outlet mall and it was just a few miles away. So off we went! Excited to get her glasses fixed! Well, when we got there, these guys could have cared less. They went on to say that her insurance was a NC only insurance???? WTH people! Even if it was a NC only insurance, they didn't show one ounce of empathy or offer any other option to her. They shrugged her off and went in about their business. I assume that they were under the impression that a few Hicks from NC wouldn't be able to pay out of pocket? Feeling deflated, we looked back online and found Pearle Vision...not too far away. We gave them a call and they were jumping through hoops over the phone to figure something out for my girlfriend's glasses. They invited us in and within moments had her lenses in new frames! The staff here are very helpful and patient. They have nice designer glasses for decent prices. They accept eye insurance as well. They a fast and efficient. Also they switched out the pads on my old glasses for free. read more

Customer service was fair. Eye Dr. next door was great. But the LensCrafters prices on eyeglasses was very high. I have insurance and still paid over $200 out of pocket. Going elsewhere next time. read more

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service! I took at the counter for 10 minutes (yes, I timed it) without being acknowledged. The store manager walked past me twice and I had to repeatedly say "sir" in a quiet store before he would finally turn around and look at me. All I needed was to quickly pick up my glasses and he coldly said the "doctor" will be with you in a few minutes and then walked away. There was no apology on his behalf even after I tried making a joke. read more

I had an eye exam at the independent doctor next door, who was awesome, and had to have some lenses (which I had done at another LensCrafters location) replaced. Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. They replaced my lenses (which I'm sure was kind of a pain) with quick, efficient, and pleasant service. The selection of frames and the prices are in line with other locations in the area but I think the service here is a bit better. read more

Amazing amazing I live 2 hours away was shopping with my children my contact ripped and fell out in the Disney store I am blind with out them and luckily I was able to pull up my script And the amazing people at lens crafters got me all fixed up no questions asked thank you so very much read more
