We have been going here for years without a problem. A few weeks ago a friend had an issue with her apt being canceled without her knowledge. This worried me as I had scheduled 2 apts well over a month and a half before hand. When I went to check in online I found my apt had been bumped over a month out due to them not having a doctor in that day. No phone call, no email. At first they stated they tried to call, then the story changed to someone called a week prior and changed the apt. Yet again No email, No phone call, and No text message. They have lost our business. 1. Went for an eye exam met with the eye doctor via "zoom call" 2. Ordered prescription glasses, paid for them and they never arrived...after close to 2 months and several calls to them-I finally requested my money back-which I got. 3. Manager returned my money but didn't offer an apology. That is what finally did it for my family. read more

I had a scheduled appt at 11. I walked in at 10:50, told that they had been trying to reach me, left a voicemail, because they needed to reschedule my appt. ( I've had the same an only number for years. and I had no missed calls or voicemail.) This wasn't just a simple eye exam. I had been having a drastic loss of sight in my right eye,( that eye is completely blurred, non stop severe migraines, making me physically ill, and charlie horse like experience in that eye. I did feel bad for the girl, she must of been new. She asked where she could reschedule me to the one I was closest to when I walked in. Sorry I will not be rescheduling, because I don't have 2-3 months to wait for an appt. the last 2-3 week's have been hell. the only reason for second star is because they're good at contacts. I had an eye problem and they got me in with the doc within a few days. Then it got worse. He was booked so they gave me off hand advice it got worse. They told me he can't see me even though my eye sight was declining as a bad sign. Christine was rude and unhelpful when I asked for her help. Find somewhere else. Pick somewhere else.! read more

My $558. glasses lenses developed small cracks and scratch marks in one of the coatings within the first three months (flashes in glare and a constant haze). I was told they have had similar complaints about the lense manufacturer they use and I should have paid for the additional scratch insurance. This is hands down the worst set of glasses I purchased in 50+ years. They do not stand behind their product (not even a little). Buyer beware. read more

Very nice staff. Easily made an appointment. The system is automated to confirm. Took time off of work to drive 30 minutes and called prior to leaving to let them know I was on my way. The receptionist said, "Ok, we'll see you when you get here!" Upon arrival I was told that the eye nurse/specialist had left for the day...at 1230. It would have been nice for them to call and tell me that the nurse was leaving. No apology, no attempt to reschedule. I told them to have a wonderful day upon leaving. I was told MyEyeDr. is now being run by a different organization. The primary difference I noticed was the high quality of the eye doctor and staff. While I had already found MyEyeDr. to be a fairly significant improvement over Walmart (where my prior insurance had me going), I found this visit to be the best ever. Also, I had gone to an ophthalmologist in another practice with a problem a few months ago and had to wait 2.5 hours to see him! My second appointment with him was a wait of 1.5 hours. Thus, I decided to go to MyEyeDr., which is the one in my Humana plan. My wait was 20-30 minutes, but the doctor and staff were the best I'd experienced in years. read more

I went there on a Saturday Morning due to having something stuck in my eye for 3 days and asked if they could look at my eye real quick to see if they could see anything. The receptionist was very receptive and empathetic to my concerns. She went and asked the doctor if there was anyway she could fit me in her schedule throughout the day. When the receptionist came back she said the doctor said I should just go to the emergency room because they do not have any appointments available. Luckily another doctor from a different company took time from her day off and was able to help me. The only reason I put two stars is because of the friendly receptionist. read more

Best I have been to. The front office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Appointments are scheduled with a very reasonable time period. No long waits on any of my visits. The staff makes every attempt to get you the best deal on products. Dr. Presson is always professional and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. I highly recommend this location and have sent friends to try them. read more
