The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in "already scratched" glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn't want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is the treatment I get Why weren't the glasses checked before the fixing and if they were scratched ( which they weren't cuz I would have ordered new ones) - why wasn't this reported to me by the office beforehand? What's making me more confident that she scratched them is that this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened. But last time the lenses were brand new, so they couldn't blame me and had to replace them. The manager also didn't want to give me a supervisor's number, acting as if there's no one else above her who can help me. Instead, another staff member provided me with one. Her rude and defensive behavior made it even more suspicious. I contacted the supervisor Tarsha to investigate and hopefully find a solution. She promised to call back but didn't. I got a great pair of titanium glasses here. About a year after I bought them the metal at the bridge broke because I was squeezing them to adjust them like I was shown at the store- maybe I did it too hard? Anyway I googled the problem and it does happen to these titanium glasses. I called them from out of state and they said mail them to us. I did and they replaced them free of charge and mailed them back to me out of state free of charge! Nice service.

I then say yes, she then goes on to say "sorry we can't take you because there's a 5 - 10 minute grace period" in the rudest tone ever. I'm confused because I was never notified of this grace period and they took so long to check me in which I'm sure added 5 minutes to my arrival time. So then I try to explain to them that my car was frozen and I got here 15 minutes which is 5 minutes over the grace period. They then say no. I was so upset because no patient was inside there, I was the only patient there. So I pointed that out to them and they said it doesn't matter and their patients will come after. So I walked out after I was given an attitude and rude behavior, and told them to not even bother rescheduling my appointment and I will never return there. When I got back to my car, I had to wait for my car to defrost again. As I waited for like 15 minutes, I did not see any patients come in. No one showed up for 7:20 am, 7:30 am, 7:45 am What a joke of an establishment!

A lot of the grocery and household products here are sold in bigger sizes. So having to restock your supplies at home happens less often which makes it super convenient. I have also bought deli meats here before and the service at the deli counter is excellent as well as the freshness of the deli products. The checkout process always goes fast and smoothly here. About the only thing that BJ's Wholesale Club could do to make the shopping experience better would be to have bags available to customers. They do have these big empty boxes at the front of the store that they provide for customers to use to bundle their purchases into but I definitely prefer bags so when I shop here I make a point of bringing along my own shopping bags to use.
