She said she can't locate the order. They are a total deer in the headlight, disorganized and never even informed me that they were not my usual eye center. I had to ask. I feel like they purchased my account from my previous Dr. They have a website that sends you through a horrifying loop of entering your personal information so they can send you an email link to enter your personal info yet again. Still not in. This sucks. My family and I are switching as soon as I get my glasses and find a new Dr. We shouldn't have to drive so far for such shotty service. Where o where did Randolph assoc go? The old receptionist was kinda curt, and abrasive, but at least she knew her stuff. The new staff actually think you work for them and there is no accountability. I had to ask the Dr to take a look at my coriodal melanoma (eye nevus) to see if it's getting any bigger. Then she said it's not a big concern but she'll take a look. I said if it's not a big concern can I stop getting it checked here and at the hospital regularly? She said, "Oh if it's checked regularly you should continue." WTH :(((( DON'T WALK... I get in there and they order all these tests than say my personal insurance is no good oops I have to charge Masshealth! I ask how long she says four weeks. I call up now it's two months. So they frauded Masshealth than frauded me. When I call to say something the Dr Le treats me like dirt because I'm a "Masshealth client". Trash.

About a year after I bought them the metal at the bridge broke because I was squeezing them to adjust them like I was shown at the store- maybe I did it too hard? Anyway I googled the problem and it does happen to these titanium glasses. I called them from out of state and they said mail them to us. I did and they replaced them free of charge and mailed them back to me out of state free of charge! Nice service.

I'm confused because I was never notified of this grace period and they took so long to check me in which I'm sure added 5 minutes to my arrival time. So then I try to explain to them that my car was frozen and I got here 15 minutes which is 5 minutes over the grace period. They then say no. I was so upset because no patient was inside there, I was the only patient there. So I pointed that out to them and they said it doesn't matter and their patients will come after. So I walked out after I was given an attitude and rude behavior, and told them to not even bother rescheduling my appointment and I will never return there. When I got back to my car, I had to wait for my car to defrost again. As I waited for like 15 minutes, I did not see any patients come in. No one showed up for 7:20 am, 7:30 am, 7:45 am What a joke of an establishment!

I have also bought deli meats here before and the service at the deli counter is excellent as well as the freshness of the deli products. The checkout process always goes fast and smoothly here. About the only thing that BJ's Wholesale Club could do to make the shopping experience better would be to have bags available to customers. They do have these big empty boxes at the front of the store that they provide for customers to use to bundle their purchases into but I definitely prefer bags so when I shop here I make a point of bringing along my own shopping bags to use.
