You don't pay until you've at least tasted it - even if you opt'd for take out. "If you don't like it, I'll eat it" the owner will tell you. You might opt for fruit or veggies on top. They recommended the Andalouse sauce, so we decided to get that one. I have to say that this was probably the best fries that I had during my trip in Belgium (esp after trying it at like 8 different places), so I think that it was worth the wait.
