Waxing only ! Stopped in before visiting a client in the area. Good ol yelp led me to another positive experience! This place seems a bit older, but it's large with many pedi chairs and mani stations. The wax room was a smaller more private space. They took the time to add mood music, candles and added a little decor to make it more relaxing than the typical back room waxes I've had. A facial wax is usually a "quick hurry and get over with it" experience but this was the opposite. I get so relaxed , staff was super accommodating and took me in right away. She waxed first , then brushed my eye brows and trimmed them carefully. My previous wax on my eyebrows resulted in the most horribly unbalanced brows and she took about a half inch off my right eyebrow... I pointed this out and the tech was already on top of it. She said to let it grow in another 2 weeks or so, but she carefully worked around the error. Then tweezed away any strays or imperfections. I've paid $50 for an eyebrow wax on newbury st. In Boston for years thinking that was the best wax money would buy - but my goodness I was wrong. Best wax ever ! So thorough and clean and I was out of there in less than 25 mins. I'm going out of my way to get back there for the next one ! read more

I am BEYOND surprised to see 4 and 5 star ratings for MyLe's Nail Salon in Dracut. I so wish I could rate this place a ZERO, unfortunately Yelp does not allow that. I went on a quiet Saturday morning to treat my 11 year old godchild to a manicure and pedicure, and get the same myself. I have never in my life had a worse experience, literally, ever. 1. We walked in, were greeted warmly and taken immediately (ONLY plus). 2. Approximately 2 minutes into my pedicure, a swarm of young girls came in, all requesting mani/pedis - MyLe asked that they come back in 20 minutes. 3. Now, I have been to many a mani/pedi salon in Boston and elsewhere, and maybe this is just me - but what happened next appalled me. After using a metal callus apparatus (the ones that look like cheese graters and collect all the junk inside) MyLe casually opened it, and dumped all the shavings into my jet stream, WHERE MY OTHER FOOT WAS STILL SOAKING. When I told her 'EW, wait, why are you doing that...' she literally laughed and shrugged me off. My feet have been intensely itchy for the past 3 days, and I am sure this (among other grossness here) is the sole reason - going to the doctors tomorrow. 4. Fast forward to my mani, the swarm of girls return - they are all promptly seated as MyLe rushes through my buff and cuticles, snagging a few of them. She then leaves me and attends to the young girls. (MEANWHILE, my poor godchild is so far away from me we can't even speak, never mind have a nice relaxing morning together). 5. As I am waiting, for MyLe to return - Tony comes over to do my base coat. Literally, a 3 year old could have done a better job. Half of my nails had base coat, half of them didn't some was on my skin. Pathetic. Then MyLe comes back over (after Tony tells me my base coat will take 10 minutes to dry, good one) rushes through my first and second coat, splashes some topcoat on and tells me to go to the dryer. 6. ....only problem is - of COURSE the dryer doesn't work. Tony tries to come over to fix it, it still doesn't work, he just shrugs it off. Then casually asks me for $73 dollars. Overall - unsatisfied, rushed, gross, unhygienic, annoyed. What should have been a wonderful morning was ruined. And worst part, I PAID for it. Never again will I stray from my one go-to salon -- MINILUXE (-- MyLe could use a serious lesson on their hygienic practices). So I thank you, MyLe Nails for a foot rash and a terrible job. read more

I haven't been here in a while because I moved, but I think about it often. This place looks like your basic nail salon, but it's the best. Super clean with a friendly staff. This place doesn't smell like chemicals and it's clear that the owners take pride in their business. I've always left here 100% satisfied with my pedicures. The staff does a great job and your feet will be super soft, smooth, and beautiful when you leave this place. My mom goes here for her acrylics and they always look beautiful. Really nice salon. Lots of chairs and the most pedi chairs in the area. I've gotten full sets, gel manicures and pedicures here for the past couple of years and have always had a good experience. Slightly more "upscale" than some of the other Dracut options (though still much cheaper and imo, better than a spa) and definitely has more of a business feel than some of the others but I think that's why Mylee is succesful. Wow. Where do I start? Well, I just left this place and had to review immediately so that others don't make my mistake. I came in for a full set. DO NOT GET THIS. The entire time, the lady doing my nails was coughing, rubbing her nose and putting it right back onto my hands, and talking on her cellphone. She was even yawning, telling me "I'm sleepy".... red flag. She proceeds to make every single nail a different length and shape. They looked like duck bills on my fingers. I wanted a standard square shape. My hands were covered in acrylic during it. Not a single nail touches the nail bed. They are bumpy and some thin, some extremely thick. I had to stop the lady to explain that i would be more than happy to pay for what she had done, but that i did not want her to do any more. The owner (must have been) started freaking out, telling me i have no nails and that i can't screw her for an hour of work. I explained again, and probably 15 more times that i would absolutely pay for what she had done. She continued to yell in front of customers, telling me as i was at the register handing them my card that i needed to pay. I am mortified. I've never experienced this. Please. Do NOT spend your money here. read more

Terrible. Won't be back. Got dip done 3 weeks ago at In Style down the street. Didn't break a single nail and the dip was done flawlessly. Yesterday I went to MyLe and got my nails done by an older woman with dark hair and bangs. Took her 2 hours to do my nails, trying 4 times (each) unsuccessfully to fix my thumb and middle finger nails. Middle finger and thumb are covered in white bubbles (on hand not shown in picture, can't get a picture to show how bad they are). I'm embarrassed to even show them to people which is the whole reason to even get them done. She also cut my cuticles and made them bleed. Only reason I left with my nails looking as horribly as they did was because I had to get to work. DAY TWO AND ALREADY BROKE A NAIL. Do yourself a favor and go to In Style instead. Feel bad even writing this review because owner is very nice so it's too bad his staff is awful. read more

Just went in for my first visit to Myle's Nails and it was pretty good. Just had a basic pedicure and added on a French. The French isn't as crisp as I would like but the pedicure was good. I'll definitely be going back and I'll be trying the spa pedicure next. read more

My first time at the salon. All the ladies seem so much fun and nice. The lady I had... was awful. She cut my skin, she used the nail cutter to scrape off my cuticle and file my nails rather than propelling filing and bluffing it. I like the environment! I may return but to one of the other ladies not the one in the back corner. I have multiple cuts and all my cuticles are still there.. I paid for a full manicure and I did not get one. :( read more

went in 2 days ago, the WORST ACRYLICS IVE EVER GOTTEN!! the guy seats me, I told him I want stiletto nails, he says yea yea ok. I go I want them pointy he goes ok sounding annoyed because I kept explaining how I wanted them. He seemed nice but annoyed through out the whole process. He glewed on the tips without even measuring it to my nails. Glewed himself to me a few times as well. Then he puts on the acrylic.. Lol omg... Having hope that maybe he'd sculpt the nail with the drill like some people do, but nope. My nail & skin around it was one. I've never seen anything like it!! Then he uses the drill, he broke my real nail underneath. It was just a shit show( pardon my French) he then paints my nails or should I say fingers. I had more paint on my fingers then my nails. They just look horrible! I called earlier today to see if the owners were there. The owner answered ( I know the voice) I asked if the owners there they said no & hung up!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Went in for a mani pedi without an appointment. I was very happy when they were able to take care of me. Pedicure wasn't all that enjoyable and the man that did it cut me, wiped away the blood, and continued talking to his coworkers in a foreign language. Gel manicure didn't cover the sides of my nails and began peeling after just one week because it was put on so thick. I doubt I'll be going back here. read more

Friendly staff, I'm instantly greeted upon walking in the door- that puts a smile on my face. The staff is not pushy with offering additional services (which I hate!) just a simple "would you like this?" and if I say no thank you they leave it at that. Relaxing atmosphere, very clean, and my toes look great post pedicure. Easily the best place in Dracut to get a mani/pedi! They keep everything clean and the staff are very nice. It can be tough to walk-in at times because this place is so popular, so I'd recommend calling ahead. They don't have a great selection of nail polishes, so I always bring one from home as back-up. They also do birthday, blette and wedding parties and have several chairs for pedicures so that you can all go at the same time. Parking is easy and the prices are in line with what everyone else in the area charges. read more

Been searching for a salon that does great dip. I finally found Myle Nails and I am so happy. I had my dip done almost three weeks ago and it still looks great. The salon looks like they just renovated it and it is beautiful. They have so much colors to choose from. I had a hard time picking out a color. I used to come here all the time with my mom. My mom would always request MyLe and I didn't have a preference, the staff is all truly "nice". The last time I went though, I came in and I asked for a regular mani-pedi, as one would normally. Then one of the workers said something to another one in Vietnamese. I couldn't make out any of it except for the words "Spa Pedicure". But, since the workers were taking to each other, and not me, I naturally didn't think it had anything to do with me. I was WRONG. At the end of my services they tried charging me for a spa pedicure. I explained to them that I asked for a regular pedicure, not spa. They never mentioned anything about giving a "spa" pedicure to me. They just argued that I had to pay for it because that's what I received. I thought that was very sneaky, and I felt very used like just an in and out quick buck for them. Though I used to really enjoy coming here, I will never be back. That's just poor to treat your customers like that. read more
