Everyone there is great!! The massage is great, really relaxed and moved or flattened my knots or/and over all definitely recommend this place. I've been here many times now, I get a massage about once a week. Check it out.!!

My masseuse was welcoming and I was fine with her shyness since her English wasn't great, but we had a basic conversation during the massage. She was nice but didn't put much strength behind the massage. I guess that's my fault for not speaking up, but I also wasn't asked if the pressure is sufficient. I mentioned several times that my neck needed a lot of attention. While she did kind of focus on it she didn't actually work on the knots and I felt like she brought the pain to the surface but didn't resolve it (I don't think that makes sense, but I mean that as it wasn't an effective massage for the problem area I came for). My calves and ankles got more time and action (and were not sore) even though I kept pointing out how much my neck was tight and painful. When I left the table, sure, I felt somewhat relaxed, but rather I was reminded of areas that had pain without being given proper pressure on them. Am I supposed to buy a 2-hour massage to feel the relief? When it came to tip, I didn't have much cash on me, but her colleague pressured me to tip with card-- $20 on a $72 (the original price was increased by $2 because I used card). The $14 that I originally offered wasn't enough apparently because "90 minutes is a long time". So why do I not feel as relaxed as other massage sessions? Unfortunately, not going back.

That experience sparked my interest, and coming here gave me a much deeper appreciation for how beneficial these treatments can be. The acupuncture and cupping treatments were excellent and something I've genuinely grown to love. I will say, though, that I personally preferred the male practitioner's experience over the female practitioner's. His technique, communication, and overall approach made me feel more comfortable and gave me noticeably better results. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the scheduling system. The AI scheduling is honestly terrible. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer speaking to a live person when booking appointments, especially for wellness services where timing and communication matter. It would be worth it for them to invest a little money into hiring a real person to handle scheduling because it would make the overall experience so much better. If it weren't for the frustrating scheduling process, this easily would have been a 5-star review.
