I wanted to like my experience but with the first impression it smelled of old wall and other quite unpleasant odors upon walking in. Eventually I got used to it. My masseuse was welcoming and I was fine with her shyness since her English wasn't great, but we had a basic conversation during the massage. She was nice but didn't put much strength behind the massage. I guess that's my fault for not speaking up, but I also wasn't asked if the pressure is sufficient. I mentioned several times that my neck needed a lot of attention. While she did kind of focus on it she didn't actually work on the knots and I felt like she brought the pain to the surface but didn't resolve it (I don't think that makes sense, but I mean that as it wasn't an effective massage for the problem area I came for). My calves and ankles got more time and action (and were not sore) even though I kept pointing out how much my neck was tight and painful. When I left the table, sure, I felt somewhat relaxed, but rather I was reminded of areas that had pain without being given proper pressure on them. Am I supposed to buy a 2-hour massage to feel the relief? When it came to tip, I didn't have much cash on me, but her colleague pressured me to tip with card-- $20 on a $72 (the original price was increased by $2 because I used card). The $14 that I originally offered wasn't enough apparently because "90 minutes is a long time". So why do I not feel as relaxed as other massage sessions? Unfortunately, not going back. read more

I found this spa by accident before I read any reviews. It's located in a two story business center upstairs on the back side the center is not busy in the evening, so plenty of parking. The rooms are reasonably large, the beds are comfortable and well padded and the linen is fresh and clean. The spa is very quiet and it feels private and cozy. My masseuse gave a very firm, professional massage which left me feeling relaxed. The prices are reasonable. I recommend and will become a regular. read more

Very nice staff, serene room, comfortable massage tables, and very professional. I plan to come back. Punch card is a plus! No issues with tipping and they give change if you over pay. The only reason I wanted to try this place out was due to the high reviews... I was very disappointed after my experience unfortunately. They made us pay the second we walked in ($80 for 90 min) which was fine but I've never had a massage place charge me prior to the massage. Normally it's after... I was going to ask if I could pay music on my phone because it was awkwardly silent during the massage. I had to repeatedly ask for her to massage harder because she was barely trying. I kept feeling her take weird 5 second pauses throughout the massage. At the end of the massage I was watching her massage my hand and realized the pauses were from her FALLING ASLEEP... She'd start to nod off and pause massaging and then wake her self up and continue. It was very awkward and I wanted to stop the massage... Not worth $80... Then as we were walking out she had the audacity to say "tip?" I responded with "you were falling asleep while massaging me..." Very uncomfortable situation... and not to mention she kept passing gas during the massage as well. Now, my boyfriend had a different experience and had some but not as many complaints but also said he would not go back. read more

I tried there and found out their service are very professional plus the people treat customer warm and kind. I felt very relaxing after massage. I went by myself on the spur of moment. Judging by the yelp comment, there could have been a change in management in the recent past. The female masseuse was nice and told me that to go to places that clearly offer foot massages (with big flashing feet sign) in addition to whole body. Otherwise, they are used to exclusive male clients. I appreciate the insider tip. The fact is that she could have, not said anything, just give me a mediocre massage so i won't go back again. But she continued on and she appeared genuinely concern for my lack of knowledge about the massage places. But at the end, she did disclose that this was her last day; moving on to bigger and better places. I wish her all the luck in the world. What a disappointment, I came here because my shoulders we so tight I was in pain. I pointed it out as soon as I walked in and asked her to work on my shoulders. Every time someone came into the store she left me lying on the table to walk out, this happened at least three times! I asked her to skip having me turn over so I could get more attention to my shoulders. She pointed out it was right and worked on it some more but said we were done and it hadn't even been an hour (I paid for an hour and they have you prepay before you go in for the massage). Not only was it about 10 minutes short but that doesn't even count the many times she left me alone in the room while she walked out to check on who entered the store. Needless to say my tip was smaller than I usually give (generally 20%) since she cut the massage short. I went to Spring Spa based on their Yelp review ratings but my experience is totally opposite. I called first before visiting this place, and there was no one in the store when I arrived. Then a very ugly looking lady came out with a bad tired face, and just shown me the price list. I had a bad feeling but thinking maybe it would be another worker would do the service and not this lady. She just brought into one room and closed the door, without any instruction at all. So she thinks everyone would be old customers to know what to do? Then to my surprise this lady was the only one there to provide the service, and her name is Linda. Her massage skill is ok, but she had bad breath! It was a poor experience when she was trying to massage my head with her bad breath on my face! Finally this terrible experience is over, and she demand a $22 tips out of the $50 massage price. That was 44% tips! When I asked her why she demands so much tips, and she said 'You can't find any better massage service that I provided here, go try it'. Obviously this lady is living in her own dreaming world and not being realistic with what she is doing. I don't mind tipping good services, but she is really forgot the basics of the good service and true meaning of tipping culture. What a disappointing service!! This was the worst spa massage experience I ever had, and a shame to all the good yelp reviews on this store here!!! read more
