I have chronic back pain, and I had been in constant pain for about three weeks when I went to see Christine for a massage. She brought her setup up my stairs to my house in Eagle Rock, and it was so lovely to have the massage in my house because I feel like driving after a massage is a buzzkill. I like deep tissue massages, and she knew how to reach my psoas muscle, which most massage therapists can't get to. Christine told me there would be soreness, but it would go away, so not be scared, and it was true. The next day I was a bit sore, but by the following day, my pain was completely gone and I was so incredibly thankful. There's nothing better than relief from constant pain! Christine also balanced my muscles to make sure I was using both sides of my body well--something that is probably always needed since I have a bulging disc that causes misalignment. She brings all the needed items including, sheets, oil (with a holster so she keeps both hands on you at all times), table, bolsters, and all on a rolling easily portable carrier. She comes to your requested location and does an excellent therapeutic or sports massage. She knows how to move your arms or legs to shorten or lengthen the muscle properly and get the best angle on the attachments. Excellent communication skills help make sure the pressure is appropriate for your comfort level. I never felt modest with her use of sheet draping either. The thing is there are ok massages, good massages and then there are excellent massages...she is definitely EXCELLENT!!!!
