My sister introduced me to this place but several of my colleagues have also recommended Beautiful Day. I have fallen in love! An hour massage here is like HEAVEN! From the moment you walk in, Dustin or Jason will happily greet you, have you fill out a quick form to circle all the spots you want focus on, and then they walk you to your massage location. I've had two different gals massage me and both are exceptional! I have zero complaints! Pressure was amazing, pacing was great, technique was perfect. I just love it. I took my mom today and she usually is like "meh" after a massage but after coming here, she could not stop praising them! It helped her sciatica so much! She said all the tension in her leg and head were gone! It's a small place but it's so clean, so welcoming, and so professional! The only thing I will mention is you need to leave early so you don't get caught up in Pasadena traffic. There is a parking structure nearby that has dedicated spots for Beautiful Day and it's like a 2-minute walk. I will be taking my mom and sister back here often. Thank you, guys!

The front desk staff were understanding and indicated they would let it slide, which I appreciated, as I have not visited your establishment in quite some time. However, I recently noticed an additional $20 charge on my credit card for the double booking. While policies are in place, this is excessive given the circumstances. I'm willing to accept the charge, but I must express my disagreement. I am never going back to your business. To be clear, I was a generous tipper for your staff during my visit, yet that seems to have had no bearing on my overall experience. This has led me to reconsider my loyalty to your business. Numerous alternatives offer similar services, and their customer service is worth considering. You may have lost a long-term customer due to this incident. I hope you take this feedback seriously. Is your business really that desperate for $20?

I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Before meeting Christine, I could count the number of massages I paid for on one hand. I never understood why people thought getting massaged was so beneficial physically or mentally. Every massage I had was too soft, too aggressive, and never met my needs. Christine changed all of that for me. Christine really takes a holistic approach to her therapy. She took the time to speak to me about pain, problem areas, and overall expectations. And, she was able to provide all of this in the comfort of my own home. She made me feel immediately relaxed and comfortable. She even took the time after the massage to instruct me on at-home stretching to continue to work on problem areas between massages. She didn't rush the process and really took her time. I have also come to know Christine personally and she is an incredible human being. She is kind and thoughtful. She truly cares about people and helping. She has given so much of her time to me in areas outside of massage as well. She really goes above and beyond. Christine is a true professional! My partner and I hire Christine on occasion for a massage. She comes to the home and sets up anywhere we'd like, which makes it really nice. Sometimes we do it outside, other times we do it in a designated room. This is really a treat on a weekend day off when you just need to unwind and don't want to go out and deal with a clinic or spa. Her approach is technical, yet she connects with my body in a way that flows nicely and allows me to relax. Some massage therapists are too technical and that can be annoying because there is no healing flow. But with Christine it's the opposite- a really great, comprehensive and relaxing massage. She is also really efficient and well equipped to make sure your privacy is a top priority, with comfortable sheets and blankets to make sure you're super comfortable at all times. And, her table is extra big so you can stretch out a little and not feel like you're going to fall on the floor-haha! Great massage therapist for your mobile massage needs. read more

Christine is amazing! I heard and read amazing recommendations about her and her massages so when my husband had a slight injury after playing golf, I called Christine. She responded very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment to come to the house (which is SOOO convenient!). She comes to the appointment completely prepared with her table and sets up quickly. My husband said it was one of the best massages he ever received. Christine listened attentively to him to better understand where his pain was and then went to work focusing on the area of pain, but also on the ancillary areas that could help ease the pain.
