Terrible! I will not be coming back. First, when I called to see if there was an opening for the same day, the woman that answered spoke limited English and was very rude. She said "yes", then silence. I went on to say I wanted a one hour massage and she responded "$40." I asked her what time is available and she said "Anytime". The exchange was very awkward, but I decided to chalk it up to the language barrier and went anyway. When I got there, a woman (Hannah) that turned out to be my masseuse came out with her mouth full of food (I guess I interrupted her lunch). She promptly collected $40 from me and ushered me into a room. Once I got on the table, she return and instead of trying to be quiet to create a relaxing atmosphere, she slammed the door and kept coughing and clearing her throat throughout the massage. The headrest was raised so every time she pressed on my upper back, my throat was painfully crushed against the table. She wasn't very skilled either. I've had deep tissue and Thai massages before so I am used to a firm pressure but whatever Hannah was doing caused me a lot of pain at moments. About 10 minutes in to the massage, I seriously considered getting up and leaving but I didn't think she'd return my money, so I stayed. In retrospect I should have just left. My body feels even worse than when I went in. Another piece of advise - don't trust the positive comments you see in their reviews. If you dig a little deeper, you'll see that the majority of them were left by individuals in Russia and it has more to do with the look of the website than any personal experience.
