I really wanted to like MyPillow, being a fellow trump supporter, but was very dissatisfied. The pillows go flat in the place you lay on and the cushion moves out to the sides. The "MyPillow" pillows and towels are the very best! We love them. Best sleep of your life. We've had our pillows for years and years and they're still awesome. The pillows are filled with shredded foam. That's it. Shredded foam for mucho denaro. They are the kind of pillows you find in real cheap motels poor places like Mexico or Arkansas. I bought some pillows and pillow cases from My Pillow and the Kook that owns it. It took a long time like 20 days to recieve the package. During that time I called customer service two times. The first person I talked to tried to be helpful but did not. While waiting on hold I was made to listen to "Amazing Grace". The second time I called I listened to that song two fucking times all the way thru and started on the third time. The second one to help me got pissed off and hung up on me. Some discrepancy with 20 days and 20 business days. The pillows eventually arrived and they were in a very small box. Who packs these boxes, an elephant with a square foot?? The pancakes err pillows were very flat. They tell you to place them into your clothes dryer, I think on hot. These fuckers rise like biscuits or bread hell yea, they at least triple in size, maybe more. When he call customer service they said it was back ordered. Their customer service is garbage. Won't do anything for you. A few months passed no product was shipped. RUN, AND FAST . .from these people. I felt an obligation to do business with My Pillow because of Mike Lindel's support of President Trump. That was a huge mistake. On September 12, I ordered a pillow and some towels. The price of $116 was immediately charged to my credit card. Two and a half weeks later, on October 1st., I received an email from My Pillow that my package had shipped using USPS, and tracking showed that it would be delivered on October 6. On October 6, tracking showed that package had been delivered "to an individual ". That "individual " was not me, and the package was NOT in my box, nor could I find that "individual ". So I called MyPillow customer service to report this and was told that I'd have to wait until the next day before anything could be done, and to call back the next evening. In the meantime, I submitted a report to USPS on Monday evening, and one of USPS representatives called me on Tuesday and said they'd check on this and call me on Wednesday. . .and of course, I never heard from USPS again. So Wednesday evening I called MyPillow customer service again and explained what had happened, and she transferred me to her supervisor. The supervisor came on and started babbling about being out of stock of the pillow I had ordered and would it be OK to substitute a better pillow. I asked her about the lost order and told her I had already waited 3 weeks and just needed a refund. Supervisor tells me that no refund . . .a lost order is just re-shipped. At that point, there were too many questions unanswered. . .too much of a shady transaction. I told the supervisor what she could do with her sloppy business practices and called my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charge. Usually when I put sheets on my bed, I wake up the next morning, and my sheets are off the bed , but the Giza sheets do not do that not to mention they're really comfortable. Be sure you know you want this pillow and don't believe the promises. If it says buy one get one free. They will surely only send one and tell you it is your mistake. The customer service is terrible. And they absolutely do not offer free returns. Many people have had a terrible experience and unfortunately, I did not believe it. They charge a restock fee of $10 and they keep your shipping charges and want you to pay to ship it back so basically you pay for the entire cost of a pillow without receiving the pillow. Believe the negative reviews on other sites and save yourself a big headache and a bunch of time and money. There are many good pillows out there that don't need to scam you out of your money. I ordered bath sheets which were claimed to be "luxury" but turned out to be a rip-off. These "luxury" bath towels are a scam. The picture shows thick plush bath towels which is a lie. In reality, they are extremely thin that it would be impossible to dry with them. As soon as I opened the box, I called their customer service to return it. I am out of $22 while Mypillow did not lose a dime: I had to pay the shipping and then for the return shipping plus got a lower tax amount on return. So, with no promo code, the price is over 250% higher! That markup is ridiculous, and apparently he thinks that no one can do the math. Oh, and if you order an item from his 'store', be prepared to pay exorbitant shipping fees. And Heaven forbid if you want to return an item, as he charges a ten dollar 'restocking' fee per item. So the two sets of pillow cases I returned unopened which I paid $19.95 each for, I will only get half of that back. I learned my lesson, so I'm sticking with Walmart and Amazon.
