I couldn't ever get the QR code to work but hope this finds it to their management team. My mother has moved out of state to be with more extended family for a better support system. My father passed away unexpectedly and suddenly in 2017 and as most can imagine, we really never recovered. It also caused everyone to procrastinate going into his shed where he had a workshop that he did excellent woodworking pieces, stocked his shop in fuquay with these items, and learned tricks of the trade from his father. This was email was his happy place. There was also a lawn shed and my mom's shed on site. - All were kept up nice from outside but 1000% full of my dads tool, pool accessories, lawn equipment to odds and ends for storage!! After my mom moved out of state, a little in a quick manor, especially when it was to hard to kind of open Pandora's box of mixed emotions... the sheds stayed closed for others to handle on her behalf once she was gone. Fast forward several months after she left ( I think many can relate) it was starting to affect the sell of the house. I reached out to this company, received the quickest response and truly picked my day and time. Communicating. Expecting to just get a quote and hear something in a few days, Kell said oh no, if you are good with quote, we can come back if you prefer or we can get started now. Both Kell and angel were kind, respectful of the situation, and moved fast and methodical. They gave so many options for payment to make sure it was as stress free for my mom who is out of state as possible. We knew it was going to be a lot, but they didn't even show the slightest bit of annoyance for the mess. They answered any questions right away, carried everything with care and nothing was thrown away. Knowing that these items would get a chance to be sold or giving or used by others that my dad worked so hard for and not just wasted and rot in a landfill made me smile knowing my dad would be so pleased. Kell said we just need 1.5-2 hours max. At 2 hours and 10 minutes, this huge truck was busting at the seams!! Like i said, 2 sheds were empty, the 3rd had probably about a little less than 1/2 of the super bulky and heavy items. What was left is super easy for us to finish up and feels doable. DK stepped right up to that challenge and knocked it out of the park! This company arrived in a U-HAUL truck not a company truck. We contracted 3 men but only 2 men showed up to work. The truck was way too small to load all of the furniture and now they are refusing to return to pick up the additional items. They have been paid the contracted amount but we are complete unsatisfied and we will report them to the BBB. BEWARE! Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE! I beg the differ about a great reputation. People please read their reviews. I'm glad you can sleep at night believing that reimbursing my parents $218.69, the same amount it cost them to rent a U-Haul and move all of the remaining items themselves because your company failed to do the job correct. Sir be honest charging $900 to move from Oxford to Burlington is absurd especially using a UHaul truck not a company truck. You know that your company took advantage of their naiveness. We rented a UHaul and planned to have friends help us move on Saturday 1/7, but due to the forecast…read moreof snow, we didn't want to risk waiting. So, we picked up the UHaul on 1/6 and started packing, but since it was just my husband, son and myself, we couldn't lift the "heavy" items, especially since my husband broke his hand, which was in cast. I called several different companies to see if they had a couple of guys that could help (last minute). We were unsuccessful, in fact, one company price gouged so much that we could have moved cross country! Then, I came across Redi-Care Movers. The receptionist said that she would need to call me back and was going to work on getting help for us. After a couple of calls back and forth, we were able to get 2 guys to come at 1:30pm (this was all confirmed at about 12:15). Then, Desi and Mike showed up. They were professional, friendly and got the job done efficiently. They moved the items so quickly, we couldn't keep up! On one of the worst days of my life, they were able to make me laugh! I cannot tell you how thankful I am for them, they saved us! In addition, while talking to the receptionist and another young lady - everyone, was so kind and friendly and wanted to help us. Honestly, I had low expectations since this was last minute and we were desperate. Our experience was just the opposite! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will certainly use them in the future!
