They have a little market beside the check in counter in case you need snacks, drinks, etc. I will say, I was looking for some headache pills and they did not have any at the store. I asked the workers at the counter and they went looking amd realized they dis not have any in stock which is a bummer and weird as this is a hotel and you would think they would be stayed stocked up. Breakfast was offered for free from 7-10am. Consisted of cereal, oatmeal, milk, juices, eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee, the normal. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. TV was working and offered a variety of channels to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking and driving distance as well.

Everything was organized, professional, and well-prepared, which helped make the event a success. I also want to give special recognition to one member of the front desk team. During my stay, I received an emergency phone call and was understandably very stressed. While still on the call, I rushed to the front desk and asked if there was a house phone I could use so I could make another call to help the person on the line. Without hesitation, the front desk associate took out his personal phone and allowed me to use it. His kindness, quick thinking, and willingness to help during a difficult moment meant more to me than he probably realizes. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to thank him, so I hope this review reaches him. Outstanding customer service like that is rare and deserves to be recognized.

Megabus has some very good advantages over Greyhound. The tickets can be amazingly inexpensive. HOWEVER. It seems a lot of places don't HAVE a Terminal for Megabus. My wife and I had a 3-hour layover in Atlanta standing on a very bad part of Peachtree St. in 35-45 degree weather from 9 p.m. to Midnight. NO TOILETS, NO FACILITIES, NO FOOD, NO PLACE TO SECURE LUGGAGE. And seven hours later, when our bus finally arrived in Memphis, we found that the waiting area was CLOSED without notice ''due to construction'', and we had to stand outside AGAIN for 3 hours in 40 degree weather with no seating, no toilets, no luggage storage and no food. I'M A TYPE 2 DIABETIC and Megabus didn't have a decent food stop for me between Atlanta and central Arkansas, more than 14 hours. Megabus needs to spend some damn money on infrastructure, and have a real Terminal with security guards, a real Waiting Area and real rent-by-the-hour luggage lockers in EVERY city. ASAP. Until then, Megabus is a great deal if one is only traveling from one city to another, but if one has to make multiple transfers, one can get put into some very sketchy skid row sort of places that are not safe for young people travelling alone or the elderly with no place to sit and no bathrooms.

I've had some coworkers that had their own unique experiences with that, but as for me... all was pretty decent. I had no issues with my room, other than they didn't like restocking the coffee pods for my room. I had to ask almost daily for new coffee in my room, but other than that, the accommodations were good. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and on top of any of my requests. There was a large basketball conference being held in one of the ball rooms and what was cool was there was a "Cigar" RV parked outside for the event. The bartender was pretty kick ass too, as he fed me some classic Old Fashions. I ate a few times down in the main floor, and they had some decent breakfast and lunch options. We haven't been here in many years because the customer service was bad but not anymore! Laura greeted us as soon as we walked in and 10min later we were best friends. Now I didn't hurt that she was from Texas and so are we which gave us a lot to talk about but we really enjoyed spending some time learning about her and her husband the new ownership and just their plans for growing this winery. I would say that they definitely have a passion for serving others and have already engaged in the community raising money for different charities their biggest one recently was one for a cancer charity. I'm not much of a wine drinker my wife is but after tasting the Chardonnay which was fantastic we decided to share a bottle and they also have a bourbon barrel aged Cabernet which is amazing. We promptly came home joined the wine club and will definitely be back because it's only about a 30 minute drive from Greensboro. They have music and food trucks on average about twice a month and I can promise you that when you go you'll get good wine and be treated well.

We liked all of the wines that we tasted. Our favorites were the Diamond Girl White & Red Blends and the Embrace Meritage red blend. After our tasting we purchased a bottle of Diamond Girl Red to enjoy on property. Outside the tasting room are a large deck and a brick patio with sweeping views of grapevines, a pond, a waterfall, a gazebo, a covered area and an event venue (where an anniversary party was taking place). Fridge was very nice and cold. There is a small safe in room. Restaurant on top floor. Flatbread was good. Fig and burrata salad was great. Restaurant staff were very kind. We did eat at the rooftop restaurant but nevertheless everyone that we encountered with as far as checking in and checking out was a smooth transition. Parking, we ended up doing valet which I believe valet is $30 a night even though we didn't stay the night but I paid for convenience.
