Took frequent smoke breaks and didn't stay that evening until the truck was unloaded. Had arranged for them to come by 8:30 the next morning to unload another smaller truck and the first two guys didn't show up until 9:15 with one more arriving 30 minutes later. Received a bill from the owner for almost twice of what the quoted hourly rate was. They also damaged some of the furniture and didn't want to take responsibility for that. Only accepts payment via a few different online services or "secure" credit card. The storage unit we put a lot of our stuff in wasn't packed properly and we'll need to go unpack much of the 10 x 20 unit and repack it to get everything in. Very poor experience and couldn't possibly recommend this company. Seems that they are getting unskilled labor on a daily basis without much advance scheduling and making calls either the night before or morning of the job looking for warm bodies.

I hired this company to load my stuff in the POD I had rented. That went well until it came to…read moreloading the washer and dryer. These were the last items that were loaded into the POD. The movers unhooked the washing machine and loaded it into the POD. They left and I left a little bit after that. The door to the laundry was shut after they moved the washer and dryer. I came back to my condo the next morning at 9:00am to find my condo flooded. I walked into the laundry room and water was coming out of the faucet so I reached over and turned it off just slightly and no water came out after that. Owner said that his movers turned the water off because they know how to do this Before unhooking the washer. Obviously the water faucet was not turned off completely. When maneuvering the washing machine out because it was in a small space one of them may have hit the faucet by accident and turned it on slightly. Needless to say it was a huge disaster because I was supposed to close on my condo that Friday and the buyers were supposed to be moving in and we had to delay the closing. Jumped through hoops to get an estimate on replacing all the flooring, baseboards and a cabinet so we could get the repairs started as soon as possible in order to close in a timely manner so that I wouldn't loose the condo I was buying and so the buyers could move in quickly since their lease was going to be up that week. It was a huge undertaking. In order for the buyers to still purchase my condo I had to pay for this repair out of my pocket before my insurance claim was ever submitted to my insurance company. I was not happy about having to pay for all this up front. I asked the owner to pay my deductible that I had to pay my insurance company which I thought was only fair and he totally refused because he would not take responsibility of his movers that they some how did not turn the water off completely. Unfortunately the owner would not do what was right so I am out my deductible. Lesson learned people if you don't have a contract write a contract to protect yourself and if the owner isn't willing to sign it walk away because that should be a red flag to you. The owner is always right. Will not admit that his movers could have possibly made a mistake. Unless you want to get a lawyer and take the person to court you aren't going to win because they are not going to take responsibility of their employees. Be careful who you hire to move your stuff.

Juan and Micie were so careful wrapping and packing my most sentimental items, they stored my household including antique vehicles and auto parts, art, furniture, and the half century trappings of my life for a few weeks while we got things arranged. It's a true family business from the ladies at the office, the owner, and the workers, they worked collaboratively and thoroughly. Cousin Aiden was here for the delivery and he worked his tail off, too. Among their strengths , they are super communicative and kept us informed at every step about the schedule and process. From the initial bid, through packing and storage, until the last item was placed carefully where we wanted, Sebastian Moving did exactly as they promised. I recommend this crew without reservation. I later learned he was a "loaner" who didn't even work for the company, and that he did poor work all day. -They were hired to help PACK the house, which I was fine paying for. The workers brought NO packing materials and instead just tossed stuff haphazardly into whatever container they could find. When they ran out of the boxes we had provided, instead of asking me to go get more (I was working in my vehicle the entire day), they simply threw things into the back of their truck loose. Two days later we're still finding shattered pieces of our property due to, for example, reams of printer paper being thrown on top of china. -Speaking of dishes, they didn't even pack everything. There were a few items I asked them to leave once I realized they were being idiots with our stuff, but we also discovered they didn't even open the kitchen cabinets, so we have to go back and move most of the kitchen ourselves. If the house closing had not already been moved, we'd have to move it just to finish the job we paid for. -After the truck left the old house I found the ground littered with cigarette butts. It turned out they had been smoking all day right next to the OPEN DOOR of the house. All our stuff reeks of cigarette smoke. Whatever does not err out is now ruined. All told it took them two days to move a three-bedroom home and it's not even moved. We've lost many of my wife's nice things to straight-up malicious incompetence. The owner did take responsibility and accepted a reduced bill, but the more we try to undo the mess, the worse even that settled bill looks. Stay far, far away.

It is now after Christmas, and these very unprofessional people that don't know anything about logistics or customer service still have not delivered my furniture. They managed to miss (4) set appointments two week period prior Christmas, and these items were Christmas gifts. It's a bit pricy but for us it's well worth the money. These guys worked their butt off hauling heavy furniture and totes and nothing was damaged. They work quickly and efficiently.
