He was waiting in the hallway and started pounding on the wall, and she insisted on dragging him out of the building and threatening him to stop which terrified him. We have reported Susan's behavior to our regular therapist who informed us that they are aware of similiar experiences happening with other children in her care. Please do not take your child to work with her as she does not truly seem to understand children with anxiety.
